So uhhhh I wasn't really paying attention in the tutorial (I mean I don't speak Japanese anyways), and I don't know what those sparkles on the floor do. I know they take 1 action point up but other than that I'm clueless on what it does. Can anyone help? 

They give items used for upgrading keyblades. Though some items for upgrading keyblades can ONLY be obtained by doing kill x number of x heartless quests.
