No you can't. Its a remaster of a PS2 game when PSN wasn't around. So obviously no.

By PSN I think they mean trophies.

The only think a HD collection exclusive to PS3 could have is trophy support.

People are using programs to count the time when they are doing a run. I would love something like that.
