Kingdom Hearts: Dark Uprising (RP)

Allitt entered the academy's meeting room, following her teacher's instructions. She'd been told to convene here with a group of fellow students for an important mission. "What kind of important mission would they be assigning to someone like me, who isn't even a proper Keyblade Master yet...?" Allitt asked herself aloud as she leaned against a nearby wall. Her teacher wasn't there, so she had time to relax before things started. She summoned her Keyblade, and stared at it for a moment. Not like she had anything else to do while she waited.

(By the way, all the heroes got the same instructions as Allitt, if they're from the academy anyway.)

(Oh I see. Didn't see the 'an'. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Also, I had Sonic Arts in my original character app, so I figured it would be okay to use it.)

"Well, before he fought us, Jafar had some important-looking girl. I'm gonna assume that that was Jasmine." Joel said. He then turned to look toward the outskirts of the city, where the sandstorm was still raging. "Doesn't look like we'll be able to follow that mist, so I think we should go back to the palace and look for any clues that might give us some insight of the situation of this world."

"Ok then, let's head over to the palace." Lucas started walking to the gates when all of a sudden.....

Indy continued to spy on Jack, Joel, and Lucas. It looks like they're busy trying to find out what's going on with Jasmine... Am I safe, then? He thought to himself. Now that I think about it, I don't really know what's going on with her, either... It seems like something's up. I need to investigate this JENOVA thing, too... He sighed. "If they don't try to kill me, I guess it would be worth a shot..." He muttered, and walked out from behind the pillar towards the group. "Well, didn't think I'd meet you all here... Jack. Joel. Lucas." He turned his view to each one as he said their names. "Don't worry, I'm not here to kill you all... yet, anyway. I've got a more peaceful proposition, actually." He explained, hoping they wouldn't attack him anyway. He didn't think he could take another battle with them.

Allitt looked at Jazz. "So, if we're all set with the groups, let's go!" She told her partner and guide. "You lead the way!"

Lucas summoned his keyblade and with lightning fast reflexes did a reversal around Indy and pointed his keyblade at his head. "What the hell are you doing here, you traitor? And why do you think we would agree to do a peaceful proposition with you anyway?"

"Oh, boy. Time for one of my favorite secret passages!" She giggled, pulling her necklace off and placing it on the floor below them, the floor opened up like a trap door after she stood back up and reaffixed her necklace, causing Allitt and herself to fall down into the dungeon under the ballroom(the one from KH2), she lead out of the door in front of them, clammered over some old wardrobes and such, and went over to the armor by the door above."You comming?" Joel held his hand up, signaling Lucas to stop. "Now hold on. Let's hear him out. I'm feeling a bit nice today. Besides, if he steps out of line, I can just beat him back into submission." Upon saying this, Joel's eyes glinted gold, but only for a split second. He summoned his Keyblade, pointed it at Indy, and said, "Indy Fare, state your business!"

"Heh, calm down, Lucas... You didn't even let me talk yet. As for my proposition... We've both got a common enemy. Remember, the JENOVA star? That, and I'm curious about this whole princess kidnapping, too. I don't exactly trust any of the other guys I have to hang around with, so I decided to go with a team that suited me better." He explained. "So, I say we form a temporary alliance. We both work together, find out what's going on with the princess, and gather information on JENOVA's star. Once we leave this world, we go back to our old ways of trying to kill each other. Sound good?" He showed no fear in his voice, or body language; he wasn't afraid at all. The group seemed to be avoiding the desert, which he could escape into if the need arose.

Allitt was caught off guard by the trap door, and ended up landing on her back. She sat up and rubbed her head, now sore from the fall. "Yeah... I'm coming." She muttered, and followed Jazz. "Did you have to surprise me with that trapdoor, though?" She asked, more than a little annoyed.

(I thought you went offline. xD)

"Ok fine then." Lucas listened to Joel's advice and lowered his keyblade and took a couple steps back and let Indy talk.

"I don't know, how do we know that you won't betray part of the way through and leave us to die if we get into a hairy situation. Im not so sure about this. What do you think we should do, Joel?" Lucas asked.

"Well, seeing as we're all just scrambling in the dark, it wouldn't hurt to have an extra member in our party. Besides, if he tries to double-cross us, I could always just bash in his skull or something." He shouldered his Keyblade and walked up to Indy. "Besides, we worked so well together back in Olympus. I'm sure we could do it again." Joel turned around. "Jack?"

"Hmmm..... I'm not sure... I guess we could.... But if anything bad happens it's on your head."

"Heh, fair enough." Joel held out his hand. "Now, if Lucas is in agreement, we shall accept your truce."

"I have a working knowledge of the castle's lay out." Rook volunteered. "I can sweep through the main areas of the castle."He glanced over at Ghost."Can your friends help?"Kasai yawned and got up from her sitting position on the floor."I guess me and Rook are the other team." She said.Oddly enough, Kasai had a feeling Rook preferred that for some reason. And she did too, now that she thought about it.

Allitt looked at Jazz. "So, if we're all set with the groups, let's go!" She told her partner and guide. "You lead the way!"

Ghost looked over to Firestorm Team as they bickered with one another, trying to explain themselves to their squad leader. "I think they'll be more useful staying here." he replied to Rook. "Besides, I think I gotta whip them into shape before they go burning down the castle in the name of defense. You all go on without me for a while, soak up those body counts and gain some combat experience while you're at it. I think I got my fair share."

"Who's the numbskull that left their post near the Princess?" Ghost overheard their lead ask.

"Sorry sir, had to use the bathroom!"

"You would hide in the toilet at a time like that you-"

"Just be happy those keyblade students showed up to save your rear! Speaking of which... Oi! Ghost!"

He looked over, and saw them motioning him to their little huddle. "Gimme a holler if it all goes south..." he told Rook as he walked over to the humorously dysfunctional team.

"Well, seeing as we're all just scrambling in the dark, it wouldn't hurt to have an extra member in our party. Lucas thought about it for a minute. Well, i'm sure Joel could take him down, along with my help, but if something bad happens, it'll be my fault for agreeing to do this. No, i can't think like that. Joel's right, we need extra help and a lead if we're going to get through this. I can't believe i'm saying this but... "Ok then, we'll let Indy join us for now." Lucas turned to face Indy. "But if you slip up, give me one reason to think you might betray us, and i swear that i will beat you down like there is no tomorrow. Ok then guys, let's move out." Lucas walked over to the palace gates and fired a beam unlocking the doors to the palace.

Joel smiled. "Then it's settled." The others followed Lucas into the palace. Joel stepped behind Indy and whispered, "You're walking on a very thin wire here. Better hope you don't lose your balance." Without saying another word, he quickened his pace to catch up to the other two, with Indy in tow.

"Heh, calm down, Lucas... You didn't even let me talk yet. As for my proposition... We've both got a common enemy. Remember, the JENOVA star? Indy nodded. "Fair enough, then." He listened to Joel's warning. "I might not be on the same side as you guys, but I'm a man of my word. I have no reason to betray you all here, anyway. It's beneficial to all of us if we teamed up." He explained as the group walked into the palace. After walking inside, a small, agile creature charged towards Indy, screeching loudly at him.

"Yes! There's nothing like a little surprise, ya know!" Jazz yelled, waiting for Allitt.

"Yeah, nothing like a little surprise..." Allitt repeated Jazz in a more sarcastic tone. She made her way over to Jazz. "Alright, so now where?"

Lucas saw the creature leap out at Indy and immediately fired 5 bolts of Thunder to send it flying away from him. "What is that thing? Is it a heartless?"

Lucas saw the creature leap out at Indy and immediately fired 5 bolts of Thunder to send it flying away from him. "What is that thing? Is it a heartless?"

The creature screeched again and quickly avoided the Thunder, revealing itself to be a monkey. "What was that about...?" Indy asked, confused by what had just happened.

"There he is, get him!" A man shouted, and ran out at the group. "Not only do we find intruders, but we also found the guy who released Jafar!" The man pointed at Indy. "I won't let you escape! Give Jasmine back!" He shouted at Indy.

"What?! You released Jafar? What kind of an idiot would do such a thing?" Jack shouted.

Joel was starting to think that he had made a mistake by trusting Indy. But he kept his cool.

"Woah there, everyone," Joel said. "We come in peace." He quickly realized that they all still had their Keyblades in their hands. He gave the man a sheepish grin. "This isn't what it looks like. We're the good guys. We just fought Jafar, but he escaped into the desert. My guess is that that's where he took Jasmine."

Indy seemed shocked, or at least as shocked as a guy hiding his face could look. "I didn't do that, I promise!" He told the others.

"You know, now that I look at him a little more closely... He does seem shorter than the other guy. They've got the same cloak, though. The other guy had a more... menacing presence, too." The man noticed. "Anyway, sorry for jumping you all... I'm Aladdin, the sultan of Agrabah! As for Jasmine... She's my wife. And if she's in the desert... I bet I know where they took her." He seemed deep in thought.

"Now as for where they might be, could you take us to the place? We have some unfinished business with Jafar."

"But the sandstorm's still pretty bad," Jack chimed in. "Doesn't look like it'd be easy to trek through the desert in that weather."

Indy nodded. "Fair enough, then." He listened to Joel's warning. "I might not be on the same side as you guys, but I'm a man of my word. I have no reason to betray you all here, anyway. "Aladdin?!?!" Lucas bowed in honor. "It's an honor to meet you, your excellency." He got back on his feet. "Sorry about trying to zap that monkey, im guessing that was Abu. We just got out of a hairy situation with heartless, so he surprised me, and i reacted. Sorry about that." Lucas said sheepishly.

"Anyway, about Jasmine. We were thinking about going into the desert to look for her. Will you come with us?"

Indy bowed along with the others. "My apologies, sir..." He apologized for being more causal earlier.

Aladdin laughed. "Oh, it's fine. As long as Abu's not injured, I won't be mad!" He told Lucas, as Abu ran over to Aladdin and screeched at Lucas. "I guess he might still hold it against you, though... Sorry." The sultan apologized.

"As for where I believe he took Jasmine... It was probably to the Cave of Wonders, which is located in the desert outside town. I could lead you there... We might need to wait for the storm to pass, though..." He sighed, anxious to get going and rescue Jasmine. "It's getting dark, too. If we went out there now, we'd lose our way, and possibly die... We'll have to wait a while, then. I'm sorry, guys..." He apologized.

"Oh its ok. I would do the same thing." Lucas said a bit sheepishly.

"Ok then, we'll wait over night. In the meantime is there somewhere we could stay in the meantime we wait, like an Inn or something? We have munny to pay."

"Ooooooor," Jack said, "we could crash at the sultan's palace! It's the least you could do if we're gonna help you find Jasmine and beat Jafar!"

"Jack!" Joel said, boxing the other boy's ear. "Now's not the time," he said through clenched teeth. "Aladdin's already going through a rough time, and you're going to take advantage of him?"

"What?" Jack said, rubbing his ear. "Besides, there could be clues at the palace, remember?"

Lucas punched Jack in the arm aswell, not too hard, but enough to hurt a little bit. "Come on man, not cool. We're not taking advantage of him. If he offers it to us willingly, we'll accept it, but we're not going to take advantage of him like free loaders."
