    Yes, I like to celebrate my birthday.  I've only had parties on milestone birthdays. (In my culture, it's the fifteenth birthday that is a milestone.)

    On other birthdays, my parents and brother give me a small present and we have a nice dinner.

    I stopped caring when I was around 15-16. But of course I had no choice to celebrate due to my my wife and kids, then grandkids, and greatgrandkids.
