Transforming questions

I do know that I can transform any of my pokemons from Heart Gold/ Soul Silver into Black 2/ White 2,same goes with Black 2/ White 2 into X and Y. ( correct me if I am wrong).What about Platinum, Pearl and Diamond what if I got pokemons on those three, can I transform them into X and Y?The same question to Black 1/ White1, where can I transform the pokemons on those?

Game questions

What is the differences between Peal, Diamond and Platinum?

It hasn't been confirmed yet but I think you can transfer from BlackWhite 1&2 to X & Y

But for DiamondPearland Platinum,I think you need to transfer it to Black and White before transferring them to X & Y

As for the difference

Platinum is the definitive version of Gen 4 games

There some addition to platinum that Diamond & Pearl didn't have before

Transform means to change into something else. What you mean is to transfer. Simply trade your gen 4 pokes to black/black 2 and white/white 2 and then use the bank app to send them to x and y

When you asked about tranform.....My instictive responce inside my head; Ditto and Mew.

xD;;;
