Now, I would like to ask you guys 2 questions.

 

1) What do you think about the death penalty? Are you for it or against it?

I am against it, and I believe Texas is one of the few states that still has it. I believe its unconstitutional and is against the 8th Amendment.

 

2) Well this is touchy topic... What do you guys think about abortion? Do you think it's right? Or do you think it's wrong?

Now, I believe it's murder. It's a human being for God's sake. But there are people who get abortions because they got pregnant by rape. That I KIND OF understand, but I think it'd be just better to give the child away for adoption. Why kill him/her for something that wasn't their fault?

 

The reason I ask this is because I want to know what you guys have to say about this.

Please refrain from arguing and ect, trying to prove your point.

I just want to know what you thinkg.

1) well .. to tell ya the truth . im for the Death Penalty i belive in the Eye for a Eye thing . that if you kill you die with the person . But . i belive that the victems family should have the say on if he/she serves life or is put to death .. unlees they all are dead in what the court will have the say on it

 

2) i would only allow it for rape victems .. if you get knocked up because someone did not use protection or just wanted to have "fun" or thought they would not have one .. well tough shit your having a kid .

and about the death penalty thing. how is it inhumane when the person that committed the crime purposely killed several innocent lives or did something extremely cruel? what, so if the person is a murder to the extreme, that means he/she shouldn't be killed? even if he/she doesn't regret everything he/she has done?

 

please think before purposely offending and posting stupidities. just because you say 'no offense' doesn't mean you're not going to offend people.

Well, I see that's it's difficult to find someone who's completely against the death penalty. For me there's just a question on my mind, why we would punish a crime with another crime?

And now talking about human behavior, we punish ourselves no matter what we say, our own conscience know that we did something wrong and the person who commits such a bad crime will never find peace in life. And again I say, isn't it worse for you to have to live in prison, without the chance of seeing your friends and family when you want, watchign television, listening to music, eat when you want, have your freedon, isn't it worse than dieing. I know that many criminals that are now in prison would be prefer to be sentenced to death than that type of life? So which is the better punishment?

 

About abortion I guess we all agree that although the girl has to decide what she wants for her own body, it's a crime to end a life that's just beginning. But if it's to save the mother's life or because of a rape it isn't that much of a problem. And if somebody said that got pregnant but didn't want to, there's no excuse, even here in subdeveloped country it wouldn't be acceptable, to talk about other countrys.

The death penalty should be given to murderers. Karma. They deserve to feel what they've done to the person they murdered. "Do unto others as you want done unto you". If you want to go around killing people for fun, you deserve to die.

 

Abortion is evil. It's killing an innocent child. A child who could have changed the world, could have lived a good life and helped everybody they could. Plus, you just denied a person, an innocent person, life. Abortion is the most selfish thing anybody can do, especially if they went through the whole thing creating the baby and they knew the results of it.

while we shouldn't put a crime with a crime. Ansd i;m pretty sure in texas and the south do have the death pentally(i know for sure texas does)

 

but I think it's also form others persecptives. while I Dispise killing another human being, I think its also a wright, for example, there was this case where this sex offdenr killed two little girls, after he will i won;t go into anymore details. but People...Monsters liek that, Desever the death pentallity. That's true, it's better to save one life than to lose two. But there are some people that don't understand that as well, at least I know some.

I've seen that before. Someone from my class knew a woman who would have possibly died because of the blood during childbirth so she aborted it. He flatly said that she shouldn't have because it was fate and god's will for them both to die if it came to that. Seriously? Maybe god wanted her to have more babies after or adopt? Some people's logic sometimes...

I know that, sometimes people believe so much in religion(not that they shouldn't, but taking it to the extreme? That's stupid) that they think that things shouldn't be changed because it's god's will. First of all who knows god's will? Has he even talked to him. But as this is off topic I'm sorry. And usually doctors believe that only in these types of cases is that abortion can be done, most of them I know believe in that.
