A girl I chatted with in China in a chatroom has gone " Do you want a better relationship with me?"

Relationship? We talk about Kingdom Hearts and manga! 

Should I block her from  my gmail and move on, or make her understand I'm in no position to date, and a girl in China online dating me isn't any good either? 

Can I get some advice here? I'm utterly lost...

    I think I'm just gonna block her. I'm not pressured, but she has my email and everything, and I don't want it to get weirder.
