(WHHYYYY IS IT ALWAYYSS MEEEEE ;~; )

Akira woke up when she was told. She was exhausted. She always hated getting up for school. Plus it probably wasn't the best idea to stay on the computer until 11:00 at night then wake up at 2:00 in the morning and stay on it again until 3:30 in the morning. She ate a rather sizable breakfast, then getting herself rather quickly ready before heading straight out the door. She had just moved here not so long ago. She still didn't know a lot of people. She moved here during the middle of the school year too.

"This uniform is the stupidest thing required at any school. I don't see the point personally." Akira muttered to herself.

Harusuke walked across the somewhat familiar road, book bag slung across is shoulder. He had heard about the new student and had decided to take a detour, see if he could catch him or her. "Isn't this Samui's town?" Harusuke wondered aloud. He and Yuki went to middle school together, but he hadn't heard from him since. "Wonder if I'll see either of them." After a bit, he noticed someone. A girl dressed in his school's uniform. Harusuke made sure to know just about every student, and this was someone he didn't. "Hey! New Girl!" He called, waving as he continued in her direction.

Akira glanced around and slowed down a bit, letting the boy catch up with her.
"My name is Akira Tornin. Not 'New Girl'..." she said a bit quietly.

"He must be going to the school I'm going to. The uniform has the same color scheme..." Akira thought, looking at Harusuke for a second.

"Right. Sorry." Harusuke replied. "I'm Harusuke. Harusuke Sakurai. Feel free to call me Haru."

Hm... Haru thought to himself. She seems a bit glum. Or at the very least shy. At least I tend to have a way with shy people.

"Pleasure to meet you, Akira." He bowed gracefully.

Akira smiled slightly.

"It's nice to meet you Harusu--Haru...." she said with a small bow herself.

There was silence for a bit as the two walked.

"So are you off to the school...?" she asked.

It was a stupid question, obviously he was.

Haru chuckled. "Yup, that's me." He replied. "Off to school. I'm actually here to escort you, by the way. I decided to me that new student I had heard about. So I guess you shouldn't get too used to me walking you to school like this. Then again I could probably walk you back home ever now and then."

"I'm not a dog. I can walk to school and back. However today is my first day...so I can accept you doing this today." Akira said seriously, they were rather close to getting there.

"I won't get used to it." she said with a smirk, looking at Haru.

Haru smiled back. "I smell attitude." He said jokingly. They soon reached the school after that.

"I'm gonna head in and meet up with some people, I'm pretty sure you can find your way from here. See you in class! Maybe." He jogged off.

Akira blinked as Haru left, sighing.

"Bye..." she muttered, following her schedule, she walked to her designated class.

She sat near the back, she'd probably be moved though.

(So then, that's the new girl?) Akiha thought for a moment, walking not too far from her towards the school. He probably wouldn't really realize that it was her, if it weren't for Haru making a bit of a ruckus over it. He obviously wasn't trying to attract attention to him and her, but he was loud enough to do so. People glared at them a bit before continuing on. The girl was clearly nervous. As it was the middle of the school year, for her to be new was even more awkward. Everyone knew where their classes were, who their friends are, and what group of people they're associated with. It was a great opportunity to help her find everything....

(Guess I should post on this...)

Akira noticed some people staring at her...and another boy. She turned to Akiha.

"Do people always do this?" she asked him a bit quietly, looking up at him.

Akiha smiled softly for a second. He actually had some...acknowledgement for even being there...."Yeah. You'll get used to it after a while. A lot of people like Haru there might swarm you, while the others ignore you completely. Good luck."

"I am Akira....you are?" Akira asked, looking at Akiha.

"Thank you by the way....and I meet Haru a little while ago...is he one of your friends?" she asked.

"Akira, huh? Sorry...my name's Akiha. I know Haru, and I wouldn't consider him...well, not a friend...but he's in a lower grade than I am...so we don't see each other or talk too often." Akiha said, beginning to walk away, so as not to be late. "You should probably get to class too...."

"G-Good idea!!" Akira said rather quickly.

She stopped for a second to check her schedule.

"Physics..." she grumbled, heading off the class.

Akiha grinned, now having finished Physics. It really was a pain. Not that his classes were easier now, though... he sighed, heading into his class. (Maybe I'll see Akira later on too. Knowing Haru, probably him as well)
