i just got rubberbands 4 my braces and i dont know how to get bands off!

Okay, well your braces have these hooks attached to some of the brackets, just search for the hooks (which are really tiny maybe owo) and you should find them and you lift the bands over the hooks and they should pop out.

I remember having braces and wearing bands with them D8

I would cheat though and put them in at night lmao! But nah, try to wear them like the dentist says, if you don't then it just makes you wear braces for longer and longer.
