Besides myself, have you guys gotten a chance to watch the animated special of the Flashpoint arc that practically lead to the DC Comics New 52 reboot? I rented it from redbox today, and I gotta say I was really impressed. What do you guys think of it?

it was pretty awesome...but i gotta say i didn't really like how some people were drawn like aquaman...not that i like him anyways but still

I'm not into DC animated films anymore. Last movie I watched was The Red Hood. Flashpoint does look like a interesting concept though.

I couldnt believe how different the two Batmans were, Thomas is so much darker then Bruce. And gotta say, the fact that I watched Young Justice first helped the movie make more sense to me due to several of the characters used.

It was pretty cool, but the main gripe I had with it was the violence. Seemed a bit too exaggerated at times compared to the comic.

Interestingly, least for me anyways, it added to the enjoyment of the movie. And it really makes you think about what you have and how important the little things really are.
