Hello guys, I've been Soft Resetting since yesterday for a Shiny Groudon in Pokemon Emerald, and I'm not having the best of luck... Do you need to have a Shiny Starter for a Shiny Legendary to appear?

    Just too much patience. Remember: shiny Pokemon are only 1/8192 in Gen III.
