KHBbS Questions about birth by sleep secret ending

Alright. I'm new here so sorry If I do anything unorthodox.

 

I recently saw the Japanese secret ending of BBS (with English subtitles). With me not playing the game yet and only seeing cut scenes I don't know everything but I think I am asking questions that many people are asking too.

 

So lets get to it. BTW, If you can't give a definite answer your theories are just fine.

 

1. When Aqua is talking to that guy in the Organization 13 cloak while in the darkness, who is he? He claims to have been there several times before and is sorry for messing around with Sora's life. He also claimed to have made clothes for nobodies. Another thing he said was that he wanted the nobodies to be free. He is also a scientist. I have two possible ideas but I'm not sure what is right or not so any help will be appreciated.

 

A. The person is Xemnas. He did cause many problems for Sora from the very beginning and was in charge of Organization 13 so it makes sense with the clothing. He also seems to be losing memories, something that we all know happens to nobodies rather often.

 

B. The guy is Ansem the Wise. As you know he did too cause issues for many characters and is the whole reason why the heartless are running around. When he was known as DiZ he was in close contact with the Organization explaining the cloaks again. Ansem the Wise is also a well known scientist and often regards everything as data (which lead to his supposed death when he tried converting kingdom hearts to data). While somewhat friendly and helpful to Sora and Co. he once again did mess up their lives a tiny bit. He also acted very cynical towards nobodies and heartless and often claimed they had no emotions which many of us disagree with after playing 358/2 days. He may have a change of heart now and wants to free Kingdom Hearts.

 

That's the first question for you guys now for the second.

 

When everyone is saying "Sora", when Roxas, Xion, and Axel say it, is it a flashback of 358/2 days? Or are they still alive in some way? (I'm fully aware Roxas didn't technically die).

 

Same with Ven and Terra, flashback or modern times?

 

And the final and probably the hardest question of all.

 

For all of us who have seen the secret ending we know it ends with "Reconnect: Kingdom Hearts" AKA Kingdom Hearts 3 (well most likely KH3) could be yet another spin off but I doubt it.

 

What does Sora mean by reconnecting the memories? I know I'm not going to get a definite answer on this but I would like to see some good theories.

since i have not played this game, but have scene the scenes you are talking about, i will answer this the best i can

 

Warning, there may be spoilers below in my answers, for those of you reading:

 

 

#1: the man in the black coat is indeed ansem the wise, i can't remember why, but i am most positive that it is him

#2: i am not quite sure why they all say sora's name, but i can say this, it is metaphorical, except in sora's locked memories, xion doesn't exist, ven is still asleep, and terra is not normal, but it is possible that terra might be restored, and it is most definite that ven will be awakened, but i cannot say how xion shall be included in other games, other than what is mentioned in coded, which, in a sense, is a lead up to reconnect

#3: i believe what he means by that is him referring to memories he received after the events of coded, in coded, the king, donald, goofy, and jiminy found a mysterious note in the back of jiminy's journal which said: we must return to free them from their torment, or something like that, so the gang uses the writings from jiminy's journal to create a data sora, and have that data go through sora's experiences in the journal to see what's going on, eventually, something happens to make king mickey, donald, goofy, and jiminy stuck in the data program, as the story progresses, data sora and king mickey meet what i believe to be is a data namine, who says that all their memories of the events in the data world will be sent to sora or something like that, or maybe just data sora's memories, but she mentions what the journal was talking about, it has to do with a group of people, including roxas, axel, xion, aqua, ven, and terra, i believe,

that is what the secret ending is referring to, sorry it was so lengthy and not to exact, but im pretty sure that is the answer to your questions, perhaps someone will come and confirm this

for the first question its ansem the wise he's there because of the explosion but no clue why he has org. 13 cloak not sure bout second question but here is wat i think i think that there all in there worlds with friends xion axel roxas, terra ven, but ecxept aqua and when he means reconect his memories i think he means like to save everyone sorry if its not exact but hope it helps you out

2. everyone says "sora" because they all have a tie some how or another, and they are the ones that he needs to help their "sadness" in kh3 or reconnect, or whatever they are calling it now

All I can do is answer #1 and 3. Here goes:

 

 

#1 The mysterious man in the cloak is Ansem the Wise. Look closely at the face before Aqua appears. He has a beard which Xemnas does not. #3 Sora could be referring to his time in Castle Oblivion (I highly doubt it) or further back when he and Riku met Aqua. Since Namine talks about memories like a person's heart, Sora could mean "reunite" Ventus.

1. Ansem the Wise. You can see his blond mustache underneath the cloak, and he talks about how he created the duplicate beings of nothing (aka Nobodies), how he's a scientist, how he placed data in Sora, etc. There are many signs pointing to him.

 

2. That scene was entirely symbolic with Terra, Ven, RAX, and Namine. Ven is sleeping in the Chamber of Waking, Terra is still stuck with Xehanort in Apprentice Xehanort who has most likely already been reborn, Roxas and Xion are inside Sora, Axel has most likely been reborn as Lea, and Namine is in Kairi. Again, it was entirely symbolic; it never happened.

 

3. Ansem says that Sora is the boy who can connect his heart with anyone, or something along those lines. Through the connection they share, he'll be able to free them from torment. Just a note though, freeing from torment doesn't necessarily mean a physical return for certain people.

2, It was a symbolic way of showing the ties of Sora,and those who have met him. I.E. Xion and Roxas are the same one. Xion could also be the "thing I did to him while he was asleep" That Answem The Wise said.

3, like Ms.I Know everything has said. It not a physical manifestion,it could be a mental thing. Maybe sora will go inside his own heart. and "resuce Ven" he has already "Rescued Xion and Roxas" and "Axel" in a way. of course the whole reborn crap stuff is just a cicrlce, like how it referecne himan nature,and our own socity. think of those crazy high schoolers, or if your in HS then yeah... but its like everything she said. 100% in agreement
