During my second playthrough of Soul Silver, when I reached Lugia,I thought I'm gonna catch it with an Ultra Ball just like the last time I did

But nope,throw 20 Ultra Balls at it....it didn't work.

THEN...when I threw the POKEBALL of all things........I caught it.I was like....WHAAAAT!! I know this is my second or third time catching Lugia but this time it baffled me.

At least I'm gonna EV train this Lugia when I transfer it to X&Y....I know most if not all mascot legendaries are banned but I wanna use a team of Uber legendaries even in a wireless battle

It's just weird the Ultra Ball doesn't work but then ....that one forgotten Pokeball in your pocket is the one that'll save the day

For a second, i almost thought you said Xemnas xD. (Sorry.)

When I was playing Black and I reached Reshiram, I got my Gigalith to use Smack Down on it, which made its health bar go into the yellow range, and then I caught it with a Pokéball on the first try.

I've got a tradition of only using Poke Balls against legendaries, it makes the encounter more fun and difficult. I love it when Ultra Balls fail, but the joke Poke Ball works. xD Chuggaaconroy vs Zapdos...

I have a tough time with high catch rate Pokemon because I always go with matching Pokeballs
