In the past disney hasn't shied away from making casual nods to other characters in the franchise and final fantasy has a popular series based on the idea of gathering heroes from separate games coming together (dissidia). But in the kingdom hearts games a lot of the time from separate worlds never meet (with the exception of the princesses.) there even exist rules in the first game that prohibit you from meddling in the affairs of other worlds. but with recent games going farther and farther away from these rules it would be safe to theorize that in our next installment of kingdom hearts we may be breaking those barriers all together. one of the things i was thinking is that for the first time we wouldn't just see herc and auron fighting but aladdin and mulan. the barriers between worlds get so frayed that worlds start melting into each other and before you know it you have the most epic tag teams ever. it's just an idea but i wanted to talk about it. any thoughts?
