Arkham Asylum, so you'd understand Arkham City better. But since I have not played Arkham Origins yet I am not sure....

What, Poison Ivy is pointless? What about all of the Alice in Wonderland villains that have served no purpose since the 60's? Even Mad Hatter's appearances in the Arkham games hasn't amounted to much. How 'bout the Rat Catcher? Or the Killer Moth?

 

If Poison Ivy is notable for anything, it's her semi-lesbian on-off friendship with Harley Quinn. That warrants her involvement to me more than villains like Kite Man.
