The rumors are true, it seems. We're getting another Storm game, the sequel to UNS3: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution.

 

There's a couple of things I want to note here: 1) No recycled character art at all in this scan. 2) Logo for the game is of Team Kakashi, so obviously the story is going forward to the Ten Tails Revival Arc. 3) Naruto and Sasuke are doing their Rasengan-Chidori combo from that same arc, so either this is a confirmation of the story mode OR maybe its a confirmation of new Team Jutsu mechanics or possibly Justu Clashes. 4) It seems that the art in the game will be drawn by Kishimoto himself AND that he is creating brand new characters exclusively for the game. Who are they? I don't know. Your guess is just as good as mine.

 

Anyways, that's all I have to say on the matter since is literally the first and only scan/piece of information so far. All I hope is that this game detracts from the flaws that UNS3. (And maybe not do the same stuff that got people bitching.)

Looks like anybody who wanted Sound Four to be in this game is gonna be mad. Though to be perfectly honest, I don't give a dump, because (entering Rant Mode) these glorified fodder shouldn't be getting all this demand anyway; I don't care how "unique" their movesets are, they lost to genin, they need CM2 to beat fodder jonin, and I'd rather see somebody who's at least relevant to the story right now. Yeah yeah, we got Iruka, Konohamaru, and Kushina who aren't relevant either but IDGAF! Sound Four are overhyped, plain and simple. They, the Seven Swordsmen, and freaking Ginkaku and Kinkaku need to STAY AWAY from this game, I don't care how many complain to CC2. It's ridiculous. (Rant Mode over)

 

P.S. I pre-ordered the game two days ago.

I honestly hated the Shisui/Itachi case, so it's nice to see two other versions. I feel the Ninja World Tournament case has a better appeal to the overall fanbase and audience playing the game.

That one has the most votes, followed by the more appealing case. I really like both, but I just dun feel that Team Minato case is appealing to the overall fanbase. Then again, it's for those who preorder the Samurai Edition. I'd like to preorder the Samurai Edition, and this wouldn't stop that from happening, but I find the Ninja World Tournament case much more appealing.

YouTuber Shikazclouds has been posting a lot of raw gameplay videos on the demo of this game, so I figured it'd be right to post them. Shikas so far has shown off gameplay for all the characters avaliable int the demo: Naruto, Mecha Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi and  the Edo Kages, and he has played with most of the characters himself. He also also provided some talk about the gameplay itself.

New (and translated) scan confirming Obito Uchiha, aka Maskless Tobi to be playable, as well as the apperance of Ten Tails Second Form AND a special little ditty that I think is a mini-game involving Itachi wearing an apron and cooking for Sasuke. I'm pretty sure this is supposed to tie into a special OVA that will be included with a pre-order of the game in which Sasuke and Itachi go on some wacky adventure involving cooking (Get it? It's funny b/c they're both serious characters with a strained relationship but now they're working together in a comedic storyline! Nyuk nyuk nyuk!) This OVA I believe was released last year at some anime film festival, and no news came after its release, at least to my knowledge. So it'll be fun just to see what this OVA is all about, that is, if this information is true. I can't really confirm it at this time, but I hope its true.

The announcement comes from the European branch of Bandai Namco (official press release below), but we expect North America will receive the demo around the same time, if not the same day. No specific announcement was made on what platform the English demo would be available, but we expect it will be on both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. ^ This video contains images we have seen before, but it also has confirmation that all 5 DLC costumes, the Samurai Pack and the Rivals Pack, will be awarded to those who pre-order the game in all countries, not just by ordering the Samurai Edition of the game which if I remember correctly is Europe and Japan only.
