The light disappeared from the top of Binary Tower in Beta City. A girl landed atop it and slowly opened her eyes. she looked around then the word Welcome appears infront of her. she ignores it and begins to check her skills and stats. in a few minutes she finishes with everything and smiles. "Good its back to normal" she says. The girl then begins to walk around the roof and stops when she finds Luna. she walks up to her and crouches down and begins to shake her awake "Hey! Wake up! I didn't come here to wait for you to wake from a 5 year sleep!" she yelled.

Zero and Skull both awaken in what appears to be an old timey elevator with 24 buttons, with the first labeled 0 and the last labeled 23.

(im setting this up so don't worry im just giving you guys a place to be)

 

Chronos, Asura, and many of the remaining players sees the light atop the largest tower of the city. about half of the players run in a panic, screaming something about the apocalypse, while the others seem to think its a new threat to deal with and draw there weapons and catiously head towards the building.

 

(the 4 of you may now assume control of your characters)

 

Still nothing was happening at the tower nothing came out. But it didnt feel right. Then the street glitched a bit and it looked like water.

"Thank you!" Chronos yelled, continuing through the crowd, people were going into the building. It may be bad or good they are. If whatever is attacking is in there, were in for some trouble... Let's wait till I hear screams to get worried though..." he thought, muscling through the rushing crowd.

Asura rushed to Chrona "Alright, I tried getting some people..." He looked at the gunmen "it seems you have it under control..." He placed his arm on Chrona's shoulder. "Try not to die..ok?"-that was so cheesy...-

Then right under the tower the ground.began to move like liquid. And then when it stopped moving 8 humanoid shapes stood there. Then glitched out ever now and then and appeared like static on a tv.

Luna's eyes widen when she heard about what has been going on with Xio and Echo. She shook her head.

"So you can't find them...." She muttered.

Luna turned to Leviathin.

"Call me Luna, and don't ever call me a code." She snapped.

"W-Water!?" Chronos exclaimed as Asura appeared.

 

Asura rushed to Chrona "Alright, I tried getting some people..." He looked at the gunmen "it seems you have it under control..." He placed his arm on Chrona's shoulder. "Try not to die..ok?"-that was so cheesy...-

"Good. Keep going. The building seems to be safe, but there is a water-glitch over there, I'm going to investigate to see if it's actual water, make adjustments accordingly." He said, preparing to run., but then....

"Crap!" He yelled, calling to all his forces, he yelled out "We have enemy's and glitches in the area! Stay on your toes and advance on the enemy!" he called out. He then used his Areal Blade attack to approach the foes at a high speed.

"Im sorry about this Luna. If i could have saved them i would but all of us who helped create the beta version could only sit and watch. As our own creation caused minds to deteriorate." She said. Then she looked down. "Unikora is dead"

 

 

The water glitch ended and then one of the humanoids looked at Chronos. It had no face. Only a mold, then in a perfect line from the top down it copied Chronos. And mirrored his actions.

One of the glitches looked at Asura and did the same. Copying his appearance and attacks.

"Other moderators? What...are they attacking me because I'm here?" I asked, there must be a reason I'm here because...Skull was turning back... so that means they brought me back for some reason. But what? My head was going crazy...

"Agh!" He got knocked back. "I have gotten stronger...." He realized all he had to do was find some one to counter himself..."Chrona! These things morph into you! Attack one, and I'll fight it! Switch enemies!"

"On it!" Chronos yelled, using his charge at one of the slimes, he waited for it to transform.

It did just that and mimic chronos like the other

"Switch!" Asura shouted, and used the teleport attack on the Chrona-slime.

Chronos pulled off at the last second and rammed into the other slime Asura had made at full-force, the blade hit it's skin...

It went in as if it were another player. But it died almost instantly

"Wow..." He saw his slime die instantly..."I'm that weak in defense..."

The enemies went down in one hit each. "Clearly they dont copy anything other than attack"

"Ah that doesn't matter right now. What matters right now is finding my friend." I hopped onto Skull's back and he started running down the corridor. I dropped water as Skull ran then snapped my fingers changing the water into a blaze of fire. Nothing was going to stop me from finding my friends! Even if its only a small chance Xio might be here. I don't care. I'll find everyone...I will. 

"Woah!" He dodged the incoming barrage. "That almost killed me!"

Looks like I don't have a choice. Skull stay back this is my fault...and my responsibility. I got off of Skull and he walked backwards as I made the fire disappear going back into water in my cannons. "Nice to meet you, but sorry I have to get past you." I got into my battle stance again and charged at the ninja letting bottles of water break as I charged. I had no tactic but to keep moving. "Skull when I say three..." I told him my plan if I need to just in case...
