My computer is dying...again

Posted

I keep getting PC's and laptops and they always end up having some virus even though i put protection on it, or they just die randomly and fail. As i type this on my newer compuiter i have at least one hundred coloured lines on my screen and thats apparently an indication of a motherboard failure. My mum said if one more computer breaks i can't get another one, but its not my fault and i have no idea whats happening :(

What antivirus software are you using?

Trend micro

Trying use Avast, and use MalwareBytes to scan any viruses, or malware on your computer.

It's probably you going on suspicious websites. Try being more careful ;)

Avg works wonders for me

Better than dying due to it intigrated graphics card dying out. (never going to buy laptops)

Not sure which anti-virus to suggest. I still use Norton.

Avast is the best antivirus to use and its free. Norton doesn't do scratch.

Also, be careful of what websites you're going to. If you have firefox, download Web of Trust plugin, its free and acts as extra security to make your web surfing experience more safer.
