I made a thread last year about being excited for Modern Warfare 2. And when I got it for Christmas I was happy.

 

Well....not anymore. I now have second thoughts about this game, with many explanations why this game has gone from YAY to GAY.

 

Well first off, too many people play this game. Like seriously, more people play this game than any game on my friend list on Xbox Live. Does anyone still play Halo? Jeez.

 

The game gets boring. Like really easily. I mean, now I can't sit down, and enjoy it anymore, because of this and the reasons below.

 

This game has either bad weapons or not as good weapons as Call of Duty 4, which completely shocks me. I missed the G3, M14, AK-74u, MP5, G36C. I mean, I love the UMP and the AUG H-Bar, but that's just that. Now they have weapons that have like no recoil (AKA ACR). It saddens me.

 

Blood sputting on my screen like Kool-Aid was a bad idea. It makes it harder to see and it's just annoying.

 

Camping got worse, especially since Infinity Ward tried to make it less campy but ultimately fail. These Tatical Insertions are making this game even worse.

 

But what's even worse than the two is that these are now being used to boost, which is totally unfair. It's funny to own 10th Prestige people now.

 

Heartbeat Sensors are really annoying and for pussies (Battlefield Bad Company 2 actually made a refernce to this in the Campaign and it was funny as hell)

 

The thing that tops the badness of this game is mods. 10th Prestige lobbies? What the hell is that shit? Can't waste your life, trying to be the highest prestige and make yourself look awesome. For shame, I say, for shame.

 

I am now disgusted with this game. First thing I want to do is sell it, and not even bother to get Black Ops. Although Infinity Ward did manage to pull off two awesome games, they really should of thought about MW2 more carefully. It's terrible they got sued by Activision and now cannot make anymore games, but maybe something good came out of it. Now MW3 can't be made horrible. Rest in Peace Infinity Ward (and Call of Duty 4) :sleepy:

 

So to the people of this forum that plays this game....stick to Halo Reach and Battlefield Bad Company 2. Two better games to play than this.

i played mW2 because everyone loved it said it was best game ever made when i played it i found story weak appear to uncharted 2 which just kills it.The character design was terrible i don't even know what my character is like.MW2 without is the most OVerated game on the face of the earth.So why do people like it so much i really can't see why.I know what you mean when you say everyone plays in on your friend list same here on my ps3 friend list.Personaly U2,bbc2,kz2 and halo are all better than this

Bad Company 2 is so much better. While it does have its own flaws its no where as worse as MW2.

I loved Bad Company 2. The only problem I have with it is lagging like hell. It's got to be the servers now becuase my connection is fine when I play Halo or MW2. It's actually better than most people who play the games.
