1) You already clearly know these two:

 

Reno and Axel (which Nomura did on purpose to see how they would be in two different enviroments - same hair color, same sense of humor, black clothes...)

2) I don't know where I found those two... but they do resemble each other a lot

 

 

 

Lightning and Marluxia ( I know they are of different genders, but some things are just so simmilar - beside same hair color and rose petals appearing around them, Lightning also holds her weapon in simmilar way)

3) Very sad scene - in two different versions

 

 

 

 

Xion's and Zack's death ( I don't know if I'm the only one who noticed how both of dying characters are black haired when they're in arms of their best friends, who are blond haired, also Xion and Zack raise their hands to touch faces in similar way, Xion and Zack fade up to sky - to the people they're bonded: Zack to Angeal and Xion to Sora, both of them have another friend who somehow figures out they had died ( Aerith and Axel), in the end Roxas and Cloud express their sadness in very emotional way - Roxas cries while Cloud cries and screams at once... I could find even more similarities about those two scenes such as getting new power - Roxas wields two Keyblades and Cloud gets Zack's personality... )

(Terra protects Ven and Snow protects Hope - I know it's not completely the same, but it's simmilar of how they are risking their lives in order to protect them - Terra fights powerful Keyblade masters and Snow shields Hope from the impact as they fall off the building and carries him to safety even after the hard injury he gets) (also did you noticed that Aqua carries Ven home in the same way Snow carries Hope on safety?)
