This RP is for OCs (original characters). And it's not KH based, sorry. :<

It's my first attempt at starting something like this; and it's fairly daunting on a board so jam-packed with KH roleplays. I'm really hoping this doesn't get shot down instantly.

 

[ -- First off;

 

A few basic ground rules before I even start to get into what this is about.

[align=right]Please, PLEASE try to keep your spelling and grammar in check. Paste it in Word or something if needbe, just make sure that people can actually read it without a headache. A typo every here and there is no problem- barely spelling a single word right is. Sorry, but it seriously bothers me. I've had years of English teachers slamming grammar and spelling rules into my head, and now any kind of icky writing just... grates. Although I'm a hypocrite and do tend to start sentences with "And". It's not much of a grammar rule, anyway- basic stuff like forgetting full stops and paragraphing is what is just irritating.

 

One liners are to be used sparingly here, too. Short replies to long posts are kind of heartless. Even if all you can do is "Soandso jumped in the elevator along with Beezlebub", at least try and stretch it all beyond just one line. Like, if you're stuck with a one-liner response... how are they feeeeeeeeeling? What are they thinking?

 

Also, no serious God-modding or killing other characters unless you ask permission and they THEN ACTUALLY SAY YES. I've been in roleplays before where someone has asked another person of they can kill their character, has had a no in response, and then killed them off anyway. Gah.[/align]

 

[ -- The Concept;

 

There are monsters in the streets, the stores, everywhere. But they're not rampaging around, killing and causing havoc. In fact, they are relatively accepted. Evolution and mutation has caused the human race to have to grudgingly make way for their new equals. A lot of hatred still exists for the non-humans, and more for the half breeds. So much that scientists studying them have noticed how hard it is for those of us not entirely human, growing up and living around such prejudice. So a small group of them set up a camp, so to say, a sanctuary for the younger generations. And so, they brought in the kids that had been victimised or targeted, asking parents of such creatures to send their kids in, so they could have somewhere to live where they WEREN'T just freaks. Where they could be themselves. Not a lot of them were willing to stay, however... Once you're sent there, you need your parent's consent to leave until you're twenty. And not everyone feels like holding hands and staying in with the den of monsters.

The rest? I think it's better you work on and show during the RP. If you wanna participate, just fill out the sheet.

"Meh, its had worse substances on it..." he said, joking.

"I'd get it clean pretty soon..." he smiled weakly. "My blood isn't so friendly."

"... It's not gonna fly at me again, is it?" he asked, a scared-ish look on his face.

"That stuff hurt like a bitc*

The White Rabbit was sitting by Zack's side, making sure that he was alright. After a moment, her ear twitched as she thought of something. "Hey, Zane! Do you still have my sketch book?"

"I don't know," he admitted, smile widening a little seeing Aaron's expression. "I'm not controlling it, so it really could do anything once it starts to dry out." He heard the White Rabbit, and groaned. "I hid it in our shadow. Mine and Zack's, I mean. But... I don't think I can..." he winced, and shook his head. "...get it out without him."

The White Rabbit's head tilted to the side, confused by Zane's explanation.

 

(( WR needs a name. I'm getting tiredly lazy of typing out "the White Rabbit". xDD ))

Zack groaned, breathing turning harsh and heavy, subconsciously gripping his chest in his sleep.

The WR (laziness) looked down at Zack. Within time, he would get better and get better... Right? Don't think that! she thought. You have to quit being so melodramatic.

His breathing quickened, starting to become hyperventilating. Zack's eyes were still closed, and he was still completely out cold, but he started thrashing around on the ground, breaths coming in gasps which sounded all too like his brother's name.

Zerex hops up, "Well Sebby, I need to go look around, if the camp's in turmoil like you say it is then it'll be my job to bring peace to it. Will you join me?" He says to Sebby

The WR stared at Zack, eyes wide open. "... Zack...?"

Sebby seemed to consider it for a moment, then jumped up. "Uh-huh! It'll take AGES, though... Everyone's totally grumpy here."

 

Blood started seeping through Zack's shirt, gradually turning black. His gasps started to get louder, face screwed up with the pain.

The WR's eyes widened even more. "Zane...!" she called, horrified.

"Look, I'll get you the stupid sketchbook when I've got the energy!" he snapped.

Completely missing the point.

"Look!" the WR snapped as she stood up to face him. "Your brother is hurt!"

"Yeah, so?" Zane scoffed. "He'll heal."

"So-- he--" the WR gagged, her anger preventing her from speaking right. "Why must you be so... up-stuck?!"

""Up-stuck"?" he mocked, then sighed. "He's such a drama queen, sheesh. Kick him for me, it might shut him up."

The WR became furious. "Y... You're not different from the rest of them!" With that, she ran off.

Zerex smiled at Sebby, "Well I've got four years to do it before I have to leave. Let's get started!"

Zerex begins to walk towards the main area (I'm not entirely sure how the camp is actually laid out or where everyone else is lol)

"Rest of them...?" Zane scowled, and yelled after her. "Zack and I are better than all you freaks!"

 

"Oh, yeah, I guess. I kinda thought you meant like RIGHT NOW." Sebby laughed, bounding after him.

(And if it's any consolation... I don't really, either. All I know is there's the huts/shacks where they all live, and then a cantee bit... The rest is pretty much free.)

The WR continued to run. She ran, and ran, and ran. Eventually, she ran right into a bush, cowering inside it's leafy shelter. She didn't need anyone. Having someone would only cause more pain. All she needed was herself, these bushes, and her theory of circles...

While Zerex was moving he heard a rustle in the bushes, he went over to them "..."

"Someone's in there," Sebby announced the obvious, leaning over and squinting into the leaves.

The WR looked up from her arms to see two figures. "Go away!" her muffled voice said as she scooted farther back in the bush.
