This RP is for OCs (original characters). And it's not KH based, sorry. :<

It's my first attempt at starting something like this; and it's fairly daunting on a board so jam-packed with KH roleplays. I'm really hoping this doesn't get shot down instantly.

 

[ -- First off;

 

A few basic ground rules before I even start to get into what this is about.

[align=right]Please, PLEASE try to keep your spelling and grammar in check. Paste it in Word or something if needbe, just make sure that people can actually read it without a headache. A typo every here and there is no problem- barely spelling a single word right is. Sorry, but it seriously bothers me. I've had years of English teachers slamming grammar and spelling rules into my head, and now any kind of icky writing just... grates. Although I'm a hypocrite and do tend to start sentences with "And". It's not much of a grammar rule, anyway- basic stuff like forgetting full stops and paragraphing is what is just irritating.

 

One liners are to be used sparingly here, too. Short replies to long posts are kind of heartless. Even if all you can do is "Soandso jumped in the elevator along with Beezlebub", at least try and stretch it all beyond just one line. Like, if you're stuck with a one-liner response... how are they feeeeeeeeeling? What are they thinking?

 

Also, no serious God-modding or killing other characters unless you ask permission and they THEN ACTUALLY SAY YES. I've been in roleplays before where someone has asked another person of they can kill their character, has had a no in response, and then killed them off anyway. Gah.[/align]

 

[ -- The Concept;

 

There are monsters in the streets, the stores, everywhere. But they're not rampaging around, killing and causing havoc. In fact, they are relatively accepted. Evolution and mutation has caused the human race to have to grudgingly make way for their new equals. A lot of hatred still exists for the non-humans, and more for the half breeds. So much that scientists studying them have noticed how hard it is for those of us not entirely human, growing up and living around such prejudice. So a small group of them set up a camp, so to say, a sanctuary for the younger generations. And so, they brought in the kids that had been victimised or targeted, asking parents of such creatures to send their kids in, so they could have somewhere to live where they WEREN'T just freaks. Where they could be themselves. Not a lot of them were willing to stay, however... Once you're sent there, you need your parent's consent to leave until you're twenty. And not everyone feels like holding hands and staying in with the den of monsters.

The rest? I think it's better you work on and show during the RP. If you wanna participate, just fill out the sheet.

"And I'm sorry you had to see me... all screwed up," Zack added. "Please don't bow to me... Zane might like it because he feels like he's lording something over you, but I don't..."

The WR blinked a couple of times, feeling confused. Then, shuffling her legs so she could face him, she bowed to Zane.

Gently but firmly, Zack grabbed her shoulders and made her sit up. "I wasn't telling you to bow to him, silly. Besides, it's not a good idea to add to his ego."

"Oh, okay..." the WR said, even though she didn't understand what an "ego" was. Maybe if she watched YGOTAS sometime, then she'd understand.

"If you let his head swell any bigger, he might explode. And that would be annoying to clean up," Zack continued.

The WR giggled. "Okay!" she said.

"Now... How 'bout I scribble you a picture like you asked?" he asked, smile widening.

The WR slightly gasped before cheering, "Alright!" She held out the sketch book to him.

"I'm not promising anything decent..." he said, flipping it open to a clean page and starting to scribble away at it with the crayon.

The Rabbit sat patiently.

 

(( Erm... Zane's eerily quiet. :'D ))

Zack turned the sketchbook around with a grimace- even HE couldn't tell what he'd drawn. And he'd only just finished it.

 

(Zane was talking to Zerex. :'D)

The WR stared at it. She seemed to be completely frozen for a whole minute. "... What is it...?" she asked.

 

(( Oh yeah... :'D ))

Zack pulled a face. "It started off being you but now I really don't know."

Keeping the same expression, the Rabbit studied the drawing. "...... Ah, I see," she finally said, "there's a ear." She began having trouble finding the other ear.

Zack giggled slightly. "Sorry, I know, I'm terrible."

"No, I actually find this intriguing," the WR commented. Whether she found it intriguing as art or as a game, one would never know.

"Most people just make fun of me. I mean, I can barely draw a straight line. In fact, I probably can't, not properly."

The WR continued to identify what was what. ".... There's an arm... There's the head--" She paused. She was surprised to not find a red line under the head. The Rabbit looked up at Zack and smiled as she commented, "I really like it."

He looked at her, completely stunned. "You... you seriously like it? But it's crap! You can barely even tell it's you!"

"Yep!" the WR said, grinning. "It captures me quite well!"

"Hey, that's just downright insulting yourself now!" Zack snorted, scratching at his arm again without even glancing down at it.

The WR laughed. She was going to mention how the red line was off of the paper, but she paused. "... What's wrong with your arm?" she questioned.

"Uhh..." Zack hesitated. "It's just itchy. Side effect of healing Zane earlier, I guess."

"Oh... Okay," the WR said. She waa confused as to how that would make the arm itchy, but she didn't dare question it.

Marielle was walking distracted not paying attention to anything or anyone near, when she noticed she had stepped on someone's foot, she looked behind and saw the WR. With and ashamed look on her face "I'm sorry, I didn't see you." she said going back.
