Why do/don't you want children?

Posted

...*tries to think of gripping introductory paragraph.*

This is harder than I thought. Well here goes I suppose:

Kids. Kids. Can't live with 'em, can't live without them. From the day they're born they wreck your female SO's vagina and ruin your sex life for a good few years (it just doesn't feel the same. :(), until you pop out a second one which somehow manages to undo the vaginal damage the first one did.

But can you think of any greater gift than a son/daughter who brings home some delicious hot tail (preferably a big busted cheerleader called Tery  but that's just me) for you to tap when he/she comes home from college? I for one, cannot.

Having kids can be a double edged sword for many. So do you want kids? And why?

OK, on a serious note, I've been giving it a lot of thought and while I do want kids, I can't for sure say why, so I started this topic hoping someone will say just the right words I need and I'll find my answer while also being able to read why some of you don't.

6) I'd be the kind of dad to just let the baby cry during the night, or let them crawl around and hit their heads on tables.

So you'd potentially leave a little child to die? OK, good to know. :/

Well, obviously I'd intervene if the kid looked like they could seriously get hurt crawling around, etc. As for the letting them cry part... Well, I suppose it's pretty obvious I'd be a terrible parent. It sounds horrible to say (especially the way you put it), but if I'm going to be honest, I don't see myself as being the type to get up for a crying baby. Heck, I wouldn't even want a baby in the same bedroom.

Eh, maybe I'm just being too extreme/ridiculous with the way I state my viewpoints. X_X I wouldn't trust myself to take care of a little kid, and I suppose this proves why...

How boring and annoying.

Never gonna happen.
