In a dingy bathroom in the back, a fan rattling and humming in the open window, two teen aged guys argued in the dim heat of the afternoon. " It wasn't my fault, Jack ,you KNOW that! " Jamie looked down at the floor, seated on the toilet in the stall, waiting for Jack to finish applying the dye to his hair. His own black hair was now a rich white, with honey blonde high lights, leather gloves without fingers on his hands. " What are we going to do? Keep running? They'll catch us in the end..." February 1, 201411 yr "Right." He said. "That's two days, if I'm not mistaken..." He walked twowards the car. He wondered about his brothers condition again. Would it be more violent and spontaneous?

February 1, 201411 yr "Hey!" Jack said. "Get yourself together!" He looked. "We are at the halfway point, don't get crazy now!" He tossed his brother one of the keys.
February 1, 201411 yr Author " What...?" Jamie caught the key, and looked at his brother. He needed a shave, and a clean shirt, Jamie thought. " Ok... let's go."
February 1, 201411 yr Author " He's...alright enough." Jamie giggled. " Stingy lover." He blushed a deep crimson. " I mean...uh..."
February 1, 201411 yr "Ok..." Jack said. He opened up the suitcase. It had hair dye, lotion, a few clothes, and deodorant. "Let's get changed." He pointed to the blood on the shirts.
February 1, 201411 yr Author " Oh...right..." Jamie said, standing. He stripped off his shirt, and put on the clean one.
February 1, 201411 yr Author " I'm going to shower: it's been..." Jamie sighed. " It's been hard...today.." He left the room so his brother wouldn't see his tears. Turning the shower on full blast, he fell to his knees in the bathroom, sobbing. Backing into the corner, he hugged his knees close, and cried. When he was done, he showered, and the icy water stung.
February 1, 201411 yr Jack looked at the ceiling. Well, he thought, he was lucky.. He had survived a full 24 hours on the lam. But, like he said, father would get them eventually...
February 2, 201411 yr Author Jamie came back out, clean and tired. He flopped onto the bed, falling into a deep sleep almost at once. Bad dreams snaked through his mind, and He sat up, screaming, at 2 am. Edited February 2, 201411 yr by TheTimidLight
