I think i know where the timeline of Kingdom Hearts 3D is going to be. I remember reading an interview with Nomura saying that there is still time left Between BBS and KH1.

Maybe that where the timeline is. Think of it, you see Sora, Riku and Kairi, as they looked in KH1, but this isn't a remake of KH1.:-/

No. We know that something remained of Xehanort's Heartless's influence within Riku, which was destroyed after the decoder explosion.

And no, Nomura did not hint it at all. Refusing to answer a question is not hinting.

Well it's possible that the part of Ansem SoD that remains in Riku could be Terra's heart.

No, anything that remained of Ansem SoD was destroyed with the decoder exploding.

And anyway, the part of Ansem SoD that remained within Riku was (at least initially, but subdued later on) trying to control Riku. Terra's not evil.

Well yeah, Ansem SoD, who was made of Master Xehanort's and Terra's hearts, was with Riku up until the decoder explosion. The ultimania pretty much said it's possible that Terra's heart could've stayed with Riku, but Nomura didn't want to answer, and in the re:coded secret ending, Yen Sid said Master Xehanort would return and they didn't know where Terra's heart is, so obviously it's not going to be with Xehanort. It's not known for sure that Terra's heart is with Riku, it's just most likely where it is.
