Hi, it's me. Josh. You may know me as just another nameless RP'er, but I have a magnificent story to weave!

 

You see, you know those gods? Not God god, I'm talking about the GOD's! The Romans, Norse, Egyptians, all of them! This guy I know is one of them! Of course, I don't fully believe him, but I'd like to tell his story, because trust me, it's a good one!

 

You see, those gods existed! All of them, and the intermingled in harmony. Until one day, they don't know... Well, they might have known, but they didn't tell me, because they don't know now (I'll explain) there came the darkness. It was a powerful force, turning men against women, god against god. A few strong gods resisted its power, and sealed it away. They wanted to stop it, kill it once and for all. They couldn't, not with their power.

 

Then they figured it out! Reincarnation! That ought to do it! You see, the leftover gods thought that, in reincarnation, Their energy would increase due to the new vessels being able to contain more power. Maybe even teach them new tricks! Some did it sooner than others.

 

But something went wrong. They got their memories wiped. Some had backup plans. Others did not. My friend did; but we will talk about it later

Bio: As a god, he sent his most trusted human servants, Illya and Denton, to serve as his parents. As a reincarnated boy, he was given a modest life by his 'parents', renamed Joe and Dani. As he becomes closer to his godly antics, he feels a rush of joy, as if getting closer to the days of yore.

God (what they originally were): Hermes: God of boundaries, travel, communication, trade, thievery, trickery, language, writing, diplomacy, athletics, and animal husbandry. The son of Zeus and Maia, Hermes is the messenger of the gods, and leads the souls of the dead into the afterlife. His sacred animals are the tortoise, the ram, and the hawk.

Powers (has to correspond with their god!): Can speak Fluent languages, as well as write them. He's a good liar, and lies as a reflex, although his upbringing has made him detest it. He can easily convince the weak minded, and knows a good amount of geography.

Vincent walked in the street of the school. He saw two girl and the weird boy from before there. "Don't you guys have classes?" Vincent asked. He looked at them. They looked exhausted. Like they ran a long distance. It looked like one of the girls was glowing in the sun. And the other girl was just too beautiful to handle. Vincent stared at her. How can someone be so perfect? He thought.

"Stuff happened..." Yina said to the man. She remembered him from the park the other day. "Hi."

Kayla stared back at him. "Hello.. I'm Kayla. This is Yina and that boy is Haymich. And ur name, mister?"

"Vincent" He said. He shook his head and stopped staring at Kayla. "So aren't you guys going back to school?"

Haymich looked back, and shook his head. "It's...having a few problems..."

"That can happen.." Vincent said while laughing. "Well just don't get in too much trouble, okay?" He smiled to the boy and then to the two girls.

"Right..." Haymich sighed. "Today was w-"

He was stabbed in the stomach by a masked man, and ran off.

"Shit!" Vincent turned around "Hey!" He started to run after the man. Chasing him down the streets. But after a while he catched up and jumped on the man. The man punched Vincent a few times on the face and made a cut in his arm. But then the man disappeared. "Dangit!" Vincent stood up. He whiped the blood on his mouth off. Then he went back to the others. Hating himself for not taking that man down..

Kayla put her arms around Haymich so he wouldn't fall down. Yina sat next to him and put her hands on the wound. 

"What are you doing?" Kayla asked Yina. 

"I'm going to try something". 

Yina remembered that she found a cat one day. And that the cat was bleeding. She tried to calm the cat with a song. But when she did that its wounds started to heal. Maybe she could do that again, but this time with Haymich. 

Kayla looked at Yina while she started singing. Yina's hands started to glow and the wound healed. It was cool to see. 

"Wow" Kayla said, staring to the wounds.

Haymich smiled, as the wound healed. "You have a wonderful voice…" he said, and smiled. "How did you do this..."

"Thank you..." Yina said. The wound was fully healed. "I don't know.. I'm weird." She said and stared to the ground. 

"You are not weird, Yina. you are amazing!" Kayla said and gave Yina a hug. the two girls smiled. Yina stood up and went to Vincent. She sang again and healed his wounded arm.

"Thanks, Yina" Vincent said. With his hand he went through Yina's hair and smiled."I'm going again". He said. He waved to the others and left.

"It's best if we stuck together and left as well..." Haymich said to the girls. "I have a feeling we ain't out of the woods yet...

"Yeah.. You're probably right". Yina said. 

"But where can we go? We aren't even safe in school..." Kayla replied. 

The two girls looked at Haymich, like he would know where they had to go to be safe.

Haymich noticed the looks. Don't everyone get ideas all at once... He thought. "...Maybe my house...?" It was a gamble, considering those things knew where they lived...

The two girl looked at each other. But then Yina nodded.

"Okay then.." Kayla said and went to stand next to Haymich. She put up a charming smile and looked at him. "Lead the way!" She said

Yina just looked at the two without saying anything. 

His house was small looking, but on the inside, it was huge. His parents said it was some form of architecture trick, but he didn't care . "Mom!" He yelled, for conformation of safety. No one replied... "On our own..." He mumbled, walking to the kitchen to get some snacks...

"Great!" Kayla said. She looked at Haymich. "Big house" Kayla said to him and smiled. Yina just stood there. Why was she here. In the house of a boy she didn't really know. She wanted to run away and go home. But she didn't want to be alone again. She wanted to stay with Kayla. It was weird but Kayla was already important for her. And she didn't want to lose her.

Vincent went home. He was wondering if the others were safe. They probably were. They were with 3 and he was all alone. He had the feeling that someone was following him. He tried to ignore it but the feeling was to strong. He had to run away. So he started to walk faster and faster. There really was something weird behind him but when he turned around he didn't see anything, just an empty street.

Kayla stared at Yina. She felt that Yina wanted to go. Kayla wanted to go with her but she didn't want to leave Haymich.

"I hope Vincent is alright.." Kayla said to Yina.

Yina nodded and stared to a wall. "He is strong enough, I think"

"Well, yes but he is all alone. Maybe one of us have to stay with him..."

"Good idea... Or he just has to stay with us" Yina replied.

Kayla smiled. And waited for a second.

"Hey, Haymich! I'm hungryyy!" Kayla said. The two girls started laughing.

Haymich brought out the usual assortment of snacks. Chips, pretzels, drinks. "Jeez..."

"Thanks!" Kayla smiled to him in a charming way.

"You are a real gentleman" Yina said to Haymich. She smiled as well.

"So we aren't going back to school anymore right?" Kayla asked.

"Probably not.. Untill it's safe again.."

Yina stared in Kayla's beautiful eyes. How could she be so perfect..

Haymich nodded. "Good riddance, if every day is like that.." He took one chip,sighing. "Tired..." He said. He wondered if he needed to add self narraration .

The girls started to talk about girlstuff. They almost forgot that Haymich was with them. Yina really liked it. This was the first time she had a friend.

 

"So Haymich. Tell us something about yourself" Kayla said and smiled. She was trying to let them forget what happened so Yina and Haymich would relax a bit.

"Huh?" He woke up. The girls chatter was soo dull and long... "Not much to say, my parents are so overprotective ... Except this one time..." He shook his head.

"Hmm.." Kayla said. "And what about you, Yina?" She asked when she gave Yina a little push.

"Well.. I am scared in the dark.." Yina said when her face turned red.

"Really? Well, don't worry about that! Haymich and I will protect you!" She took Yina's hand. "Right, Haymich?"
