Radiant Garden

Keyblade Academy

Indy made his way through the academy halls, glancing around at the rooms he passed by. I was told to meet with a teacher in the Gummi hangar... They said that there would be other students, too. What's so urgent that they'd call a few of us there? Is there something going on in other worlds...? Maybe they even have a mission for us... I've always wanted the opportunity to leave Radiant Garden, anyway... He thought to himself as he moved along, pondering what it is that he was ordered to meet there for.

He eventually reached the room, noticing that it was empty. "Hm... Well, I did try to get here early, anyway." He muttered, leaning against a wall. He appeared calm, but his mind was racing. Will I get to visit other worlds? Who else will I be with? Will I have a chance to see Allitt again...? He drifted into deep thought, not taking notice of his surroundings...

(And yes, the other students all received the orders, too.)

Gaku was surprised to miss another person within his area of perception. Because he was arrogant to finding out the person that was stalking him, he found himself within deadlock with a Keyblade up his neck. 'Crap. I must have missed him. . . It looks like I need to do more training.' Gaku looked at the wielder and recognize him as one of the students. Being pushed to follow the Wielder, Gaku went ahead to follow him. The Wielder explained how he was able to detect Gaku. "Well obviously I was talking to the Instructor through telepathy, and I was trying to find out who was stalking me, which it wasn't you. You caught me by surprise. Talk to the Instructor, he can confirm my identity as a student of the Keyblade Academy. And if you wondering about telepathy, I'm not gonna say anything till the timing is right." Gaku explained to the Wielder.

"It dosen't matter. Your under arrest until further notice." Brooklyn growled, showing him down back to the entrance of the camp. "Neel down here." Brooklyn instructed.

"Whatever, just wait till Master Riku and Master Sora hear about this. They are gonna be upset." Gaku growled back. Gaku didn't feel like kneeling, but rather fell down into the grass while he waits for the Wielder. Gaku pondered on wanting to leave to go after the stalker but decided against, for he doesn't want anymore trouble.

"They'd be mad that I am trying to make sure some random person wasn't gonna cause us trouble on our mission? Doubtful. They're sensable men."

"I'm not here for trouble, I was originally supposed to be at the mission orientation that day you guys left. Of course, I didn't show up and for the past week, Master Sora made me suffer. The day the Instructor came by to Radiant Garden to drop the student prisoner off, Sora decided to have me catch up with you guys." Gaku explained. "Master Riku dropped me off here, but apparently, he forgotten to notify your Instructor and here we are now." Gaku finished. "That's all I got to say for you."

"I've never seen you around the Academy, so I can't verify for you. If Instructor Striker confirms your story, or Instructor Wynter can vouch for your existing in the Academy as a regular student, I have to keep you under my list of suspicious people."

"Instructor Striker vouched me as well since he confirmed my identity. Pretty sure Instructor Wynter can vouch me as well. Might wanna get her attention since she is perched up at the watchtower watching your friend beat up Mulan."

Raidyn

Raidyn got the wind knocked out of him with Mulan's strike, but recovered as he held his ground, holding a hand to his chest. "Thanks. But I'm better off as a Keyblade Master than a soldier," Raidyn panted, readjusting his stance. "That is, when I become a Master. But I got a feeling that day is gonna come sooner than I think. Heh heh!"

Raidyn then noticed that Mulan was already in a guard position and that she would be expecting his next attack. Hmm... I think I know what to use for this...

Raidyn felt the electricity flow from the tip of his Shockwave to throughout his entire body, as his legs and shoes produced sparks. Grinning, he started zipping around the camp and around Mulan, trying to throw her off her game. He was zipping around so fast that he doubted most of his classmates could even tell where he started and were he began as he seemingly teleported to each new location.

Finally, Raidyn appeared under Mulan's guard, and brought the edge of Shockwave's blade straight under her chin. "This is the part where I win," Raidyn smirked, thinking he already secured victory the moment he activated Flash Dash.

"I haven't received a transmission from him, so until I do, I'm going to assume you're dangerous. Same for Instructor Zion. She hasn't made contact with us again yet. Anyway, Raydin isn't really beating her up. She's still got plenty of strength to go."

"Hm.." Brooklyn turned his attention to Raydin. "I don't think this is gonna go his way..." Brooklyn thought. "Mulan is known for her flowing movement and flexibility, as well as her quick reaction time. I predict a 72% chance of her dodging or blocking the strike incoming, likely with a back flip into a kick to Raydin's chest."

Gaku listened in to what the Instructor said. He's annoyed that he has to prove to the Instructor that he means no harm to the students. It's simple. The students are hanging around the camp just having a good time, but none of them are simply working on their mission at the point. Since I'm outside the camp, and they are unaware, I would make sure no evil beings come towards them. At some point during our visit in this world, I will have to reveal myself to the students, just not now. I know the concept of invading one's mind to read thoughts is not so good, but I prefer not to read minds because that's not me. Whatever they think, they can keep to themselves or state it out loud. But I have to read minds to locate others. Plus, it can be a valuable asset when we are taking on a smart and cunning enemy and we can't speak our plans out loud. Of course, there are a few unexplained abilities that I have, but I won't go into detail with them.

Gaku hears the bushes in a distant, and he does not want to lose the stalker. Besides, that's not important. Someone's following me since I left Master Riku's ship, and I think I know who it is, but I need you to confirm if that stalker is within the area I'm located in. Can you check the area to confirm my suspicions?

"Don't move. Unless you want me to tear your head clean off." Brooklyn held the cold steel of his Keyblade to Gaku's neck. "I don't know whom you might be, but that dosent matter. Follow me." He ordered, pushing him with the blade of his Keyblade. "If your wondering how I found you, simply put, that gummi ship up there gave up your location based on its direction. Obviously, a good friend of ours saw something, being the reason he didn't just land and meet up with us I would assume."

It's simple. The students are hanging around the camp just having a good time, but none of them are simply working on their mission at the point. At some point during our visit in this world, I will have to reveal myself to the students, just not now. Instructor Striker wasn't really enthused about the student's behavior nor his attitude at this point as he reluctantly moved his thumb off the trigger on the joystick. Negative, the heartless... erm... heartless thought aloud to the apparently telepathic student, Overwatch duties for the students is currently being handled by me. Your offer is appreciated, but the help you would be contributing is negligible considering where I'm currently at. With Gaku failing to meet the instructor's ultimatum of providing a satisfactory response, Striker quickly relayed a message to his only student Ghost below. While typing out the message and sending the Sentinel-in-training the full dossier file, Gaku continued his response.

Besides, that's not important. Someone's following me since I left Master Riku's ship, and I think I know who it is, but I need you to confirm if that stalker is within the area I'm located in. Can you check the area to confirm my suspicions?

The instructor raised an eyebrow and paid no attention to what the optics aboard the ship was displaying on the nearby console. Don't you think your abilities to telepathically locate intelligent entities would be useful for a situation like that? It worked on me apparently and I'm more than a mile away from you... Letting the 'instructor' part get the better of him, Striker looked over to the visual console, only to see Brooklyn holding out his keyblade and pointing it at Gaku. "Well... This is interesting." He quickly typed the remaining part of the message and immediately relayed it to his only student below.

Meanwhile...

Ghost would have been eating popcorn as he watched Raidyn spar with Mulan, but the break time was cut short as his wrist mounted tacpad beeped several times. Groaning slightly, the tired student nonetheless checked the messages and quickly realized that it was from his instructor.

Be advised, a student identified as Gaku Sakuraba as been spotted in the forests near your immediate location. Possesses mind reading abilities and has this wicked sense of hairstyle. With new rapid response orders given, Ghost quickly and gently moved Rei off his lap and started bolting out the camp and towards the coordinates given by his instructor. It wasn't long until he finally caught sight of the two in the distance, where he finally slowed his pace and collected his breath and thoughts. "Hey Brooklyn!" The slightly tired out Sentinel greeted, "I was wondering where you were at." His attention quickly turned to Gaku and the apparent arrest of the supposed student. "You must be the reason why I've been called out here." He quickly pulled up the attached file onto his tacpad and glanced at the student, then back to the image on the small screen on his wrist. "Identity checks out. Well physically at least. Brooklyn, you can take the cuffs off of him." He scrolled down on the screen and decided to give the hotshot student the short information that the instructor gave to him. "His name is Gaku Sakuraba. Missed the orientation for reasons concerning Master Sora. Possesses mind-reading abilities and telepathic communications according to my instructor. He had also requested to keep his presence hidden but... Yeah we kinda blew that open. Oh well." Once again he glanced at Gaku. "Mind reading, huh? That's cool! Think you can teach me sometime? I'm sure it would be useful when interacting with my girlfriend!"

Few minutes later, another student ran up to Wielder now known as Brooklyn. Ghost, the other student, reads up Gaku's information and tells Brooklyn to free him from the cuffs. With the cuffs off, Gaku stretches his arms and heard Ghost wanting to learn about mind reading his girlfriend. "Sorry man, family heirloom. It is not teachable." Gaku stated to the student. "Let's just get inside the camp and watch Mulan beat the crap out of your friend. Reason I said that is she has more experience than your friend does, so I place my two cents on her." With that said, Gaku began heading into the camp with the other two students walking with him.

With Gaku released and the situation disarmed, Ghost smiled as he thought of Brooklyn's question. "Well... I took it as a precautionary measure." While walking back to the camp, he was looking up at the sky, logically concluding that his instructor was up there somewhere as he tried to spot the stealthy son-of-a-gun. "But the damage was minimal. Stressed primary shock dampener on the front landing gear, as expected of a rookie pilot. I just used your monkey wrench and gave it a few solid whacks to bend it back into shape. Not like the Highwind needed it, though. That thing is build ford tough."

"I see. When we get back, we should do a quick tune-up on both ships and make sure the engines are running at full capacity." Brooklyn said, hands in his pockets.

Annistha watched the fight with a look of enjoyment. While it was always best to figure out non-violent ways to deal with situations, but beating the crap out of the problem was soooo much more satisfying.

Watching through her eyes, Zale caught sight of Ghost moving off. Sighing, Annistha turned away from the fight and moseyed out of the general view.

[Nexus Shift]

Zale increased speed to a jog and followed Ghost's scent, where he found Ghost with Brooklyn and a new comer. Seeing as the other two Keyblade students didn't view Gaku as a threat, Zale decided not to go in, weapons flailing.

[Nexus Shift]

Annistha approached Gaku with a friendly smile.

"Hi, there." She greeted. "You don't look like a native, so your either a wanderer or a Keyblade apprentice, right? Oh, We're Nexus, by the way."

To Gaku's mental abilities, Nexus's mind was jumbled and hard to understand, like two minds using the same neural pathways.

On the way into the camp, another Keyblade Wielder approached Gaku. She claims to call themselves "Nexus." Gaku had a little hard time understanding them back in the Academy and while scanning them minutes ago. "Gaku. Gaku Sakuraba. I'm a student from the Keyblade Academy. I was supposed to be on the mission with you guys, but I didn't show up to the orientation. If I remember correctly, you're the student who has two personalities. Am I right?"

"I wouldn't say multiple personalities, more like boil up two people into a reduction and combine them into a mold shaped like a person and left to chill for a few hours." Brooklyn pushed his way into the situation.

Annistha chuckled.

"I'm not sure i like your summing up job, Brook." She teased. "Though it gets the point across."

She held up a finger.

"One body."

[Nexus Shift]

In an instant, the slim, short young lady with reddish dreadlocks was replaced by a short, muscled man with dark red hair in a pony tail. He added another finger to what Annistha put up.

"Two souls." Zale finished.

[Nexus Shift]

It took a moment to realize Annistha was back. For those unuse to the change, it was sometimes hard to remember that the body looked different.

"One fused heart, but that's probably too much info for an introduction." She said. "Good to have you, Gaku."

"I think you just described the concept of creating gummi blocks." Gaku deadpanned."Huh, no wonder I get confused when I was scanning before. Makes sense." Gaku stated. "Besides your hyperactive friend fighting a swordswoman, what's the progress so far in this world?"

"More or less the same, in some sort of crewl, cosmic sense." Brooklyn replied. "Anyway, we've done..." He pulled out a very large sheet of folded up paper out of his pocket, which he unfolded to the size of a larger map. "Absolutely nothing." Brooklyn pointed to the section of the paper with those words on it crossed directly out.

Gaku sighed in annoyance. He wonders about how they were able to successfully handle the situation in Twilight Town and yet make no progress in Land of Dragons. Then again, they probably just got there and have no clue of what to do. "No leads. I guess you were gonna get information from Mulan, but this guy beaten you guys to it. What surprises me is that Instructor Wynter is with you guys. Guess things got little too intense back in the other world you guys were at before?"

"Eeh. I would say mildly so." Brooklyn replied, sighing. "At this rate, I'm going to have to knock both of them out to actually end this sequence."

"Meh." Gaku replied. "Just knocking him out would do the trick. But let's see what Mulan's final move is. If that doesn't take him down, then you can do the honors."

"I swear, you may be one of the few I can actually stand in this group besides Ghost and Ember." Brooklyn said, for once without even a hint of sarcasm.

Gaku was a little surprised that he's acknowledge as one of the sane people. Of course, he doesn't truly get along with others, but his father told him to start opening himself up a little more, so Gaku will just have to deal with it. "Interesting. Guess the rest of them are crazy and insane." Gaku replied.

Mulan smirked. "Not bad. You win." She said to Raidyn, then whispered into his ear. "By the way, I went easy on you. I won't embarrass you by telling your friends, though." She patted him on the shoulder, then looked at her soldiers. "Alright, get back to training!" She ordered them. "So, what did you kids come here for?" She asked the students.

"We're here looking for people in gray cloaks. Have you seen then around?" Indy asked.

"I haven't seen anyone suspicious, but there have been Nobodies showing up again..." Mulan answered, seemingly trying to remember if she'd seen anyone strange.

"Nobodies...? That means they're here, too. Thanks, Miss Mulan." Indy bowed.

Meanwhile, a cloaked figure hid in the bushes, watching the group silently. I'll jump them when they're far enough away from the camp... Heh...
