"Thats a weird thing, see... Heartless are the ones with hearts. Nobodies are the ones with bodies..."

He paused.... letting her take it in.

"Mindfiretruck, aint it?"

"What the...?" Lindsey shook her head. "That doesn't make any sense!"

"Very few things do, in this world." Finn said, glum. He pressed his hands against the floor then flipping up to his feet.

Lindsey looked over at Finn.

"You recovered fast."

"Im a quick healer..." He said... stretching his welltoned muscles...

he turned to her...

"And, it wasn't that bad an injury."

 

The dark-infection in the wound was caused when the heartless originally slashed him, leaving behind a residue of dark matter... modern cures or medicine wouldnt work, only pure light... and in this time of crisis, where were they to get that?

"It was pretty bad," Lindsey said. "You still have that weird infection though."
