One of my friends yesterday was talking to me about what the new world of LRFFXIII is supposed to be and we talked about it for a while and I decided to post what we were talking about here

 

This is the new world that was created in LRFFXIII

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And this is planet Earth

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They're not just similar as Toriyama is trying to claim,they literally look EXACTLY THE SAME

 

If you look closely you can clearly notice some real world continents or places like Africa or the Arabian Peninsula and many others as they didn't even bother creating their own geography and instead copied Earth from whatever old atlus they've found during in a school's classroom

 

This isn't a world similar to our own.This is literally OUR OWN FREAKIN WORLD!!!!

 

I know I know that the worlds of FF7 and FF8 were pretty similar to our own with similar technolgy,transportation,media and other stuff,but both still has magic,legends and things similar to the crystals surrounding their mythos and they STILL have summonsEidolonsGF....whatever

 

 

Here,literally in Shitning(my new name for Lightning)'s own words:

 

"The time of crystals and gods is over,the crystal age is nothing but an old legend way before humanity was born"

 

So,if this world doesn't have any crystals,magics,eidolons(which btw they went kapoof in the ending),chocobos,moogles or any mythical creatures for that matter that makes a world in a Final Fantasy game...then what difference does this world have from our own to make Toriyama say it's just "Similar" and not identical? It's freakin Earth,it's not a new world,it's EARTH

 

And I hope to God that this isn't connected to FFXV in any way,shape or form and I hope that Noctis isn't related to Shitning(Lightning) in any way possible....otherwise I'm gonna flip out.

That statement Lightning made doesn't really hold water. First off, "Long before humanity was born" Every human she saved is now in this new world and the events, obviously, didn't happen that long ago. And even if they were, how could a legend exist before there's any one around to tell it?

 

Personally, I wouldn't mind the world being the same as long as that's the only connection.

 

And think about this, do you really want someone you hate so much being responsible for bringing us to our world? Do you really want her to have existed on this planet at any point in time, even fictionally?

That's why I made this thread to begin with,if she is in Final Fantasy XV in any way I'll go insane.

 

Her own statement doesn't even make sense,how is it long ago when she just somehow transfered everyone in a matter of seconds?

 

Also,FFXV(Versus XIII) still have Fal'cie,L'cie (that dragoon girl from the 2011 trailer is rumored to be a L'cie),crystals,summons...etc ,things that doesn't exist in Shitning's(Lightning) new world which is Earth not a new world btw.

 

Also,just the mere thought of Toriyama saying:Oh Lightning saved you and all of us two she took us to planet Earth,makes me wanna ram my head to a wall
