no its a panel that lets u use limit breaks whenever u want without having to take damege to use it:D

You beat every mission in mission mode

''The Limit Pass allows you to configure your Limit Breaks in Mission Mode in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. To obtain this item, you need to complete all missions in Mission Mode and purchase it from the Moogle afterward. Under Mission Config in Mission Mode, there will be a Limit Break configuration option on one of the pages. Three options are linked to it; Endless, Normal, and Off.

The Endless option allows you to use Limit Breaks as many times as you want once you hit the yellow threshold, not decreasing the threshold.

The Normal option lets you use Limit Breaks normally.

The Off option prevents Limit Breaks from being used. ''

I took it from the kingdom hearts wiki :)
