Okay so in my Kingdom Hearts fanfic, my character Neera likes Riku. (obvious choice probably )

Anyway, I need some advice on what I should do. I want to pair Riku and Neera up, but not completely sure when to do it. Neera liked Riku in between the event of KH1. Riku likes Neera in the middle of Re:Chain of Memories.

 

Now I have three ideas that I need your input on.

 

1. My first idea was to have Riku and Neera kiss sometime in 358/2 Days. Kind of like after a fight or something, Riku makes sure how Neera is doing, then one thing lead to another and they kissed. Or something similar to that. (trying to make this as short as possible, cause I know some of you hate reading long things.)

 

2. My second idea was to have Riku (events happen in my KHDDD fanfic, which I have not post yet) see's what's in Neera's heart. What's in her heart is the most important things to her, Riku see's memories of them talking, laughing, walking, fighting together, and a few hugs been shared between the two. He then realizes that she likes him and how much he cared for her when he lost her, and then, they get together.

 

3. My third idea, is to do both. But they kind of tell each other a few days after the kiss in 358/2 days that they can't be together, cause of the events that's happening during that time. And then in KHDDD Riku realizes how much Neera actually likes him still, and he realizes after losing her for a while on how much he likes her. Then they get together.

 

So yeah... these idea's are probably pretty stupid to you guys. Anyway, which one do you think I should do?

I wiould have to really agree with 1. . Cuz DDD is too far away from the time they liked each other. And Days is like right of Re: CoM, so I my choice is 1.

I would say 1, but I think that the "Riku turning into Ansem" would make their relationship a little awkward.

Yeah they'll have it on pause for a little while, then when he get's back to his original self they can get back together.Now that I think about it.. that would be creepy XD

I kinda like three, because it takes part in days so it is not too far off from when they start, and then you can still use 2 because I think that cute that he looks in her heart like that.

The first option seems most plausible and in character. Maybe he mistakened her for an enemy and later realized his mistakes and sought to make amends. That can work...
