Today, Serebii updated with new CoroCoro Scans for a new Pokemon eShop game. For now it's only set for Japan, but holding relations to the Diancie movie, I believe we'll see it coming westward eventually.

The next batch of CoroCoro information has been posted to Japanese forums and this batch showcases more information about a new game called The Band of Thieves & 1000 Pokémon, This game is to be available on the 3DS eShop in Japan from June 5th and uses StreetPass to collect Pokémon to battle thieves. These thieves are based upon the characters Riot and Marilyn from the upcoming movie, Diancie & The Cocoon of Destruction. It's available for a limited time only and is free. It also offers a special Pikachu for download.

Winners of the battles against the Thieves are decided on numbers of Pokemon you have

Mmmm,Reminds me of Kirby Mass Attack on the DS,though limiting it to the movie means they can only have specific Pokemon which means the game will only last around after the release of the movie for a while before it stops since it's a F2P game

It'll be taking off the eShop after awhile, but it's free, and once picked up should remain on your 3DS considering Four Swords did the same thing.
