It's possible that Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain might possibly be one of the best MGS games since MGS3: Snake Eater. And the reason I say that is because from all the info I've read about the game so far. I mean, I'm reallydigging the who thing with the wheather changing in real time. That's a HUGE step in the MGS series because it can either be used as a tactical advantage in stealth or somehow screw you over if you're not careful of your surroundings. Plus, I love the idea of having day and night go by in real time. I also love how they're going to bring back the Peace Walker mechanic back where you can bring enemy soldiers to your base via fulton recovery (and animals too). Though I really love how you can add weapons to your base because from what I've read Kojima said that depending on who you kill or not kill you will have rivalries with that said person. That will really be a great way to strategize on making your base really good. Now there has to be one more thing they should add to make MGSV: PP possibly surpass MGS3, and that's having different camo's for whatever area you're in. That's what I really love about MGS3 Unlike the other MGS games you actually had to use different kinds of camo depending on the area you were in. It really made sneakung much more tactical and fun. I would love to see that make a return in MGSV.
So what are your thoughts on these new mechanics on MGSV: Phantom Pain?
