This question has been going through my head for some time now, and since the Oscorp tower in the Amazing Spider-Man movies was originally going to be included as an easter egg in The Avengers, i was wondering how would you fit Spidey in the Marvel Cinematic Universe?

 

Personally, i would think that the Goblin Serum would be Oscorps attempt at copying the serum that turned Bruce Banner into The Hulk. And after Norman Osbourne hears rumors about it when he's very ill, he sends someone to look for the formula and when Oscorps scientists try it on Osborn, it turns him into the Green Goblin.

I don't think it would.

If they had the goblin serum based off of something else, I'd say the super solder serum that turned Rogers into Cap A. Wouldn't be the first time a copy of that serum went wrong.
