Posted June 21, 201411 yr Recenty, I'm starting to learn how to cook, and I'm able to do simple dishes, such as scrambled eggs, and pasta with chicken, etc. And it's being pretty awesome Being in the kitchen for me's a nice experience, and to think of the people's happy faces when they taste my dishes, it's really nice So, do you guys know how to cook?
June 23, 201411 yr If I've got a recipe, I'm pretty competent in cooking. I can cook some easy things by memory (eggs, quesadillas, hot dogs, pasta), but my memory just isn't good enough to remember more complex dishes. I like baking desserts especially. I think the hardest thing I've ever made was actually sea-salt ice cream. I didn't have some of the ingredients the recipe required, so I improvised and made up some substitutes with what I did have. And I had to prepare eggs in a way I had never even seen them prepared before. It took me like 3 hours to get to the point where it was ready to freeze (and the freezing was a process in and of itself!). It turned out far better than I anticipated.
