No, they're more like guidelines.

Wonderful little guidelines that tell you basically how to do something.

And normally the one who makes the guidelines expects you to mostly follow them, for if you only half followed them, whatever it is you were trying to do WON'T WORK.

I mean, sure, they may be replying to what the topic is supposed to be about, but when the conversation changes to a totally different subject it's just "..um...helllooooo???" Especially the posts that ignore rules (does anyone even follow the actual forum rules anymore?! ), but like, rules for a few of the threads here. And I hate having to thoroughly explain everything a million times. Makes you feel like a broken record...

Can't you guys warn them for their spammy posts? Or like, in roleplays, are you allowed to specifically PM someone if they're not following the RP rules and ask them to leave the RP and report them if they dont? or something? im too scared to make the topic for my roleplay, i'm afraid it's going to get spammed.

I don't care if I get in trouble for it, if people don't start following the rules I going to just delete their posts from the thread and ask them not to post there anymore.

There should be a rule where if a thread-owner wants someone to leave their thread [ for good reasons, that is... ] they can ask them to leave... and not just asking them to leave, but have it within the rules that if you're violating a topic and the thread owner asks you to leave, you HAVE to. Or something.
