I recently got the legendary edition of Skyrim (PS3) and when I got to Riften I decided I wanted to change my character's look but every time I go to the face sculptor it won't let me exit the character editor. I'm not a vampire so i don't know what the issue is, Has anyone else had this problem or know of a way to fix it?

It was added in Dawnguard. It's expensive though, costs just as much as buying a horse.

Oh...I see. Maybe you could just reload the game? Bugs tend to go away after you do, well, at least when I play TES games.

Yeah I've been doing that. Not much choice you cant even save while editing your character.

Your character doesn't want you to change your face.  It is stopping you.

 

More constructively, I think you might have to reinstall your stuff.  It shouldn't affect your save files at all but double check to be sure cause I haven't done it myself.  This is all I can think of that could fix it.
