August 11, 201411 yr I consider myself a pretty religious turtles fan, and then when I heard Michael bay was taking the wheels, I had nightmares for days (no joke) and decided to shun the 2014 movie out my life, but then I saw this trailer that displayed the new shredder..... I'm going to see in a few days. They got an outstanding reception for this movie and there already thinking bout a sequel, can they be that bad?

August 11, 201411 yr He's the producer.....we've got no clue how involved he was. It's safe to say he was pretty involved. The overall direction of the film just FEELS like Michael Bay garbage. The problem is there's actually some genuinely cool moments in the movie, unlike in practically any of the Transformers films. The snow mountain scene, the short little elevator scene near the end, April O'Neal doesn't suck, etc. But it's pulled down by Bay being the producer who, more than likely, had more than just a little input on how the movie went even if he wasn't director. But the good things about it actually make it a better film that it probably really deserved to be. I can tell there was some genuine thought put into some of this. Honestly, I'm kind of looking forward to a Turtles 2. I just hope Bay has the bare minimum of actual control over the project. Edited August 11, 201411 yr by Kaweebo

August 11, 201411 yr Well I personally like Bay's Transformers movies. Doesn't make them good movies. But I admit that I've been suckered in and watched all of them, too, so...
