Kid:

    *Pant* *Pant* "I can't believe I finally made it out of that shit hole." Kid exclaimed as he was finally able to catch his breath. He just escaped from some place he has been at since he was very young. There he was treated like crap and forced to train his Karamor abilities for his 'owners' own selfish reasons. He know the details to much just it had something to do about a tournament but whatever. It doesn't matter anymore he is free. "Now where  should I go?"

 

Sid:

   Sitting silently over the city which Kid is finally in. Sid looks due east about 20-30 miles from the city he sees a rather large building where Kid actually just escaped from. Sid also sees several people in between the city and the building. People looking for Kid.

Seth:

   'So... That brat thought he could escape this place did he?' Seth began to think to himself. 'Well, he has another thing coming... my men will find him and drag him back here!' " Mwhahehehe...."

 

Hugo:

      'Master Seth believes he can find the kid, well we'll see...'

Kid began to think about it for a minute... "Maybe there is a way to stop the mind controlling. He said he needed to be by a certain person just in case. What if it's just in case someone would try and stop the control of that person. Maybe we can stop this here. But how..." He was lost that when the answer came up from behind them. "General Nexter, Sir!" Devon, Lucas and Mitchelle came running up behind them. "What's going on?"

"Crap not them again!"Aiko exclaimed as he turned to face the three that they had faced off before. Ravio stopped fighting against Cid for a moment as he turned to the three. "You don't remember us? You three are acting...as if you aren't in mind control like Nexter is?"Ravio asked curiously. Aiko glanced over at Ravio and back at the three men. "Could it be,after knocking them out in our fight the effect wore off?"Aiko muttered,wondering if they had just discovered out a technique that could work. Aiko quickly hurried over to the three,not really thinking that they could kick his butt if they wanted to suddenly. "Do you men remember me,or any of us? Do you remember chasing down a kid or almost killing us?"Aiko questioned. Such intriguing situation distracted Ravio as he rested his sword against his shoulder for a minute,wanting to see how this turned out. "Did you guys know,you were mind controlled?"Aiko asked.

Verenor was  just running around when he heard "Did you guys know, you were mind controlled?" his pace stopped. His pen was once more a sword as he jumped down the building while using the sword to slow down his fall (kinda like Kratous from god of war).

"Ah hello gentlemen i am sorry to interrupt but i couldn't stop but wonder what your conversation was about. You know who might be doing this because i'm quite sure its against a law or two?" he said once more in a British accent. He turned his blade into a pen again and continued. 

"Oh how rude of me ... My name Is Verenor and i prefer not to mention my last name. I just happen to be here at the moment if any of you are wondering." he took a bow and adjusted his monocle.

Krigor looked around, trying to figure out what changed since he isolated himself in his own world. Everything looked confusing. Those three who attacked them were there again, and Ravio seemed to be against them too. "This guy is strong... that will be a problem.", he thought. And there was another person: a guy who used a monocle. "He wasn't there before, right?", he thought.

"Will we have to fight against this odd guy too?", Krigor asked. He was anxious. The tension of doing nothing was worst then the tension of fighting. Plus, he had to distract himself from his own thoughts.  

The three soldiers looked at Aiko. "Controlled?" They had no idea what was going on. "General Nexter what is going on?" Nexter turned to the men. "These people hear have been terrorizing the town! They must be captured at once!" He said trying to command the no longer controlled soldiers. "These ones?" Pointing at Kid and the others. "Correct!" "Yes sir!" They said as they pulled out there weapons. "Crap not again!"Kid thought to himself.

Aiko and Ravio turned over to see Verenor. "Eh? What kind of weirdo are you?Your accent's not from around here is it?"Ravio asked as he looked up and down Verenor. Aikoa glanced up at Verenor with a concerned look on his face. "We aren't breaking the law on purpose! We've been attacked,so naturally we fought back!"Aiko explained,hoping that Verenor wasn't yet another one who was going after them. He glanced over at Krigor and looked around,his eyes widening. "No! We haven't been terrorizing the town! We haven't! We've just been fighting in self defense!!!"Aiko yelled in a desperate attempt to make reason. They were all hurt,and tired. They couldn't possibly go on fighting forever. Ravio gritted his teeth. "Oh come on!"He hissed. For the moment being he had forgotten all about the offer. He had bigger things to worry about at the moment,for instance,getting their butts out of there alive. "This is annoying,even with my strength I have limited stamina."Ravio hissed. "How's your wound?" "I've stopped the bleeding,but I wouldn't be surprised if it got infected."Aiko muttered. "Well that's just great."Ravio said with a hint of sarcasm. They were all surrounded,being forced to huddle with their backs against each other,all facing at least one of the many enemies. Aiko looked over at Cid with a worried face. "Cid,maybe we should give up?"Aiko asked as he held his side in pain. If they gave up and were taken away,they would be able to regain their energy,no less maybe face the one responsible for all of this. "If we go with that strategy we might be taken to those who are responsible yes? Another option is..."Ravio asked as he glanced over at Aiko. "That Aiko uses his remaining strength to hold them down,and we make a run for it."Ravio said. Aiko gritted his teeth. "I...that's one option."Aiko hissed. Ravio looked over at Cid. "Cid,it's your choice. We can't keep this up forever now can we? Do we fight,do we run at the cost of Aiko,or do we give in?"

(He's a back and forth neutral guy that goes with whatever flow he considers is better at the moment. But if you were counting on him to join Nexter I can quickly change it Q-Q I'm sorry)

Ravio and Aiko looked around at each other. This was quite a situation. Ravio wanted to join whatever benefited him. But was a stubborn b*st*rd. Unless he knew that it was an assured thing he wasn't going to give up his apparent 'prize', the kid that everyone is trying to keep for themselves. Aiko was more concerned of getting out of here with the group alive. Now they had the situation that the guys they had knocked out earlier were back. They weren't in mind control any longer...but now they were against them with Nexter alluring them to do so. The group were with backs against each other as they looked around for options. "This has become a fight or flight situation,boys."Ravio called as Aiko scoffed a bit at the comment. "What's the plan?"Aiko asked,muttering a bit. "We either give in or we fight."Ravio said as he analyzed the situation. "Maybe...worth a try."He finally decided. He then reached for his sword and glanced down at it. He then swung it in front of him. The sword glistened as blood tainted it from earlier before. On it the Rocecrant family symbol engraved elegantly. "My name is Ravio Rocecrant of the House of Rocecrant,the fifth cadet-family of the royal family! I demand for you to at the very least listen to our version of the story! After all, this sword is covered in your blood, and you don't even remember it!"Ravio hissed,referring to the one he had fought earlier. "Ravio,what are you doing?!"Aiko asked. "I have no idea,I'm just making stuff up as I go until we can come up with something."Ravio hissed as he looked back up at the group.

(Im sorry for not posting I had lot going on. When I get home ill post for real and hopefully get this moving again.)

Cid was a bit confused. It seemed that Ravio was just jumping sides. "Now wait just a minute." He turned to Ravio. "What side are you on?" 

"It doesn't matter!" Mitchelle leaped towards Cid. "Nexter said you guys are the enemy and he doesn't tell lies." Mitchelle starded to bring down his weapon as Kid jumped in the middle with his charges hand and blocked it. "Don't you understand that Nexter is being controlled just as you were?" He pushed Mitchelle off. "We have to do something!" 

"You just saying stuff!" Devon charged forward and Lucas soon followed. 

 

'If they get through to them I don't know if this will be good.' The controlled Nexter thought to himself.

Ravio thought for a moment before turning to Cid and staring him straight in the face before answering. "Whichever side benefits me the most at the moment."Ravio said truthfully. With a swing of his sword he blocked an attack from Devon. Aiko moved his hands and with a movement of the wrist,he pushed Lucas and Devon down with gravity. "Please believe us! We aren't lying! Look at the soldiers around you! They're running around,interrogating citizens,and attacking anyone that opposes them! Look at Nexter! Look at his eyes! Do those eyes look like one of a normal to you?! There's no life in those! Neither in those of the soldiers that are running around! There's something going on!"Aiko yelled as he did his best to use his gravity Karamor to push them down,not wanting to hurt them further than they already had. "You're all ignorant not wanting to see the truth."Ravio hissed. "Oh no. They are speaking the truth. Even for having no status within the royal guards."A voice spoke. Ravio and Aiko looked around. "The hell is that?"Ravio asked. "Over here." Aiko and Ravio looked up to see the twins sitting on the branches of one of the trees that decorated the streets of the city. "Eh? Am I seeing double or...?"Ravio asked. "You may know us at the Cizero twins."The boy,Clear said. "We're kill-for-hire assassins after all. The royal guards got nothing on us~"Clara giggled.

Everyone looked up at the twins, of course after the three soldiers finished looking around at his comrade. "This is truth, huh?" Nexter gulped. 'I can't let the tables turn! The arrival of these twins is perfect for the situation!' He thought, planning of a way to keep everything even. "Brats!" Nexter hissed at the group. "The boy is ours!" He roared as he rose his arms and the wind started to pick up; leaves started to lift and even his spear was hovering in the air. His eyes turned really bright green. "Shattered Emerald." He said, calling out his most powerful attack. The leaves turned a bright emerald color and began to shimmer and shine then hundreds of thousands of emerald leaves darted toward everyone. People could barely see through this 'sand storm' of leaves.

"Damn it!" Cid cried out.

Ravio glared as he quickly slammed his blade down, stabbing it against the ground in front of him ,as a form of defense or shield against the leaves. As good as it did, leaves slamming against the gigantic sword, loud 'clings' as their sharp points hit the blade and protected Ravio, he could feel as the sharp leaves cut his skin,shedding light layers of blood as it painted the floor beneath him much like a canvas. Aiko was focused on forcing the others down with his powers that he didn't had time to dodge. He felt the leaves cut him up and stab into him like knives. Blood splattered,covering his skin in a crimson color almost as bright as his eyes. He was scared of opening his eyes fully, fearing that if he did a leaf would catch his eye and it would leave him blind. His already torn up clothing was barely hanging onto his skin, especially his hood and shirt. Clear and Clara looked at each other. They chuckled to each other as they looked down at Nexter. "Hey,can we join you?"Clear asked laughing as he looked down at the situation,glancing at Nexter. "We're interested in the kid too...but if we get to join something bigger I bet we can do it better."Clear explained as he waved his feet. Ravio looked up glaring. "Who says you can have the kid I want him for my own!"Ravio yelled through the storm of leaves. "Better watch your mouth,wouldn't want to have my brother spit venom on you now would we?"Clara asked as she jumped down next to Nexter. "I'm the Venomous Spider Karamor afterall!"Clear said as he jumped down next to his sister. "If we join you,do we get to experiment with people?~"The twins asked as Clear rested against his sister's head,both looking up at Nexter.

Nexter smiled at the twins as he thought of a plan. "Of course! What ever you wish! Just take care of them and capture that boy!" He knew that with odds against him he needed to level the playing field and do what ever to catch the kid.

Mean while the storm of leaves continued to charge towards the group. "Nexter must be controlled!" Mitchelle hollered over to his comrads. "He would never use this for such a situation!"

"There must be something we can do!" Lucas cried out.

Ravio glared back at the group. "SEE WE WERE TELLING THE TRUTH!"Ravio yelled as he felt his tongue get cut as a leaf flew into his mouth. He chocked on it for a few seconds before spitting it out. Aiko covered his face from the torrent of leaves with his arms,exposing them to multiple cuts along the way. Clear chuckled to himself. "Clara. Make make me a path to the kid."Clear said. "With pleasure."Clara said as she walked back to the nearby tree and got her hand on it. Soon enough the tree started to bend and expand. Before anyone could do much about it the tree slammed down against the group,smashing the ground beneath them,forcing them to spread across the tick cloud of leaves. Clear walked into the storm of leaves as Clara had a branch wrap around Clear's waist to pull him out later on. Clear made his way across the storm of leaves and reached Kid,quickly wrapping his arms from behind and holding onto Kid tightly. Without saying a word Clear bit down against Kid's neck with all of his force,sinking his teeth into Kid's skin as blood gushed out. Within the bite Clear leading a stream of paralyzing venom into Kid's system. If it was enough,the Kid would be immobile long enough to get him wherever they needed to get him,or at least until they could restrain him. "I need to kill that concentration of his. Aiko! Shoot me up!"Ravio yelled through the storm. Aiko,following the voice,lowered his hands to the ground and created a force of gravity around him,pulling Ravio towards him. Then with a quick flick he changed the direction of the gravity,then pushing Ravio away from him and into the sky,out of the cloud of leaves. Ravio spun his sword in mid-air while he aimed at Nexter,falling back down directly to him,making sure to put his strength to any contact against him. "You messed with the wrong noble ****** ******!"Ravio yelled as he slammed his blade down against Nexter.

Ravio's sword slammed into the possessed Nexter; immediately halting the Shattered Emerald technique. The storm cleared up just in time for everyone to see the paralyzed Kid and Clear holding on to him with a long mutated branch wrapped around his waste and Clara at the other end. "No you don't!" Cid exclaimed as he charged towards Kid's rescue. When the branch separated them he was farther away than he should so in turn he ran toward behind Clear to intercept. The boy hurried and called back to his sister to pull him in. As he flung back with Kid in hand, Cid inched closer to the interception; turning his arm into a giant hammer. Cid swung but missed by only a few inches, he was moving to fast. The twins reunited and successfully had Kid. "Phuck!" He exclaimed. Nexter finally got up from being swatted like a insect. "Excellent. I guess a puppet can only do so much.". "That's because you lack the skills of said puppet!" Lucas explained. "Nexter could have easily completed such a simple task of capturing a boy and would be gone already." As Lucas explained Nexter's capabilities, Cid had already turned into a human bullet; making concrete shoulders he slammed into Nexter, knocking him out. Blood was oozing from his head. "Done..." He simply said as he turned towards the twins holding the immobile Kid. Mitchelle, Lucas, and Devon ran to Nexter's aid. "Don't you think that was a bit much!" One cried out but Cid ignored 'em.

The twins stared at each other before looking back at the group. "Well ****."The two said in union. Ravio raised his blade and pointed it at the twins. "Listen up ding-dongs if anyone's keeping that kid it's gonna be me so Aiko doesn't feel lonely in being a servant to me."Ravio said with determination,receiving a sigh from Aiko. Regardless the situation Ravio would be Ravio. Aiko's clothing looked as if they'd gone through a shredder, holes and cuts everywhere along with stains of blood from his wounds. This was his favorite hoodie too. But there wasn't time to even think of such. These twins had Kid. "You're outnumbered. Please release him."Aiko said dully, dark circles starting to form under his eyes from the stress that this day had become. The twins tilted their heads,Clara resting her hands on her hips while Clear held Kid like a doll in his arms,blood and venom flowing down where he had bitten. "You know sis they're right. We're kind of outnumbered."Clear said. "Oh no. What should we do,brother?"Clara asked as she tapped her cheek. Clear licked the blood off Kid's skin in thought and then looked straight at the group. "Maybe we can make a trade?"Clear asked. "A trade? Sounds fun! What should we get?"Clara said as she suddenly pointed at Aiko. "He would look good skinned and mounted in my office." Aiko gulped. "I don't know. What they have to offer?"Clear smirked as he showed off his sharp teeth. "Death is only a bite away after all."Clear chuckled. "You can't be serious. What the hell would you want with the kid?! Making him into a trophy is a waste of Karamor!"Ravio yelled. "We want test subjects for father and ourselves! Or we could bring this kid to whoever is looking for him in the first place and get multiple test subjects in return."Clara said with a smile. The way they spoke of life in such a tone made shivers go down Aiko's spine. "I wonder why is he special anyway. You can get karamor anywhere for a low price. The red haired guy would know. I saw the brand on his back!"Clara laughed brightly. This only caused Aiko's eyes to widen as he quickly wrapped his arms around his clothing,trying to have them cover the brand on his skin,which he was so self conscious about.

Cid stood back to stance after close lining Nexter. "He should be bad to normal." He turned toward the twins. "That kid was a hostage of my enemy. I need information, and if he is going to these extent for a boy he must be special in some way. I can't let you take him back." Cid finally explained what his part in this was. "Keep if you want for you experiments but need answers. Now that everything has died down I can actually talk to him." Although Cid had no intention of letting them keep Kid, the rest was true. "How about it?"

Clear and Clara glanced at each other before looking at Cid with curious gazes. "Jeepers creepers you have a pretty good point there."Clara said as she crossed her arms. "I kind of what to know what is happening too."Clear said as he resumed to lick off the blood from Kid's neck. "However we aren't very patient, so he better hurry up and explain."Clara said as she waved her finger. Clear gave a light nod. "What she said."Clear said as he looked down at Kid. "My venom has stopped your muscle movements, but I've made sure that it wouldn't stop your internal functions."Clear whispered as he tapped on Kid's head. "You should be able to speak without a problem, right?"Clear asked as he settled Kid on the ground in front of him, having Kid's back resting against his legs. Aiko and Ravio sighed heavily. "Finally. I thought it would never end."Ravio said. "Ah...I think this means I'm good to go?"Aiko asked. "Yeah. You can rest now."Ravio said. Seconds later Aiko collapsed on the ground, resting against it as he held his wounds. Using his gravity Karamor to help him stand didn't help to soothe the pain. Now he could groan and suffer through his pain in hopes of it fading away without the worry of having to look out for enemies, at least for the moment being. Ravio glared at Kid. "Alright Kid. I know you're listening to me, and you aren't going to be able to run away from it now."Ravio hissed as he gritted his teeth in annoyance. "Who the hell are you? What is your importance that the entire royal army and its best officers have been brainwashed just for the sake of locating you?"Ravio asked. All eyes on Kid now.

Kid looked around but with only his eyes, unable to actually move his... Well anything! He sighed the begs to spill the beans. "Okay well there is a building about 100 kilometers southeast from here, in the middle of no where. That's where I was being held. I've been there for several years, I was a little kid. I don't even remember before that place really it's basically a blur. I don't know how old I am (he is 12) not even my name. But ever one called me Kid. There is man named Seth." Cid began to interrupt. "Seth is who I'm after!" Kid ignored him and continued. "Seth has a multi-Karamor army." Now Mitchelle started to cut him off. "So he wanted you to join?" Kid tried shaking his head but failed. "No, see Seth has the Karamor of Shadows. As long there are shadows he is nearly unstoppable. He has been 'raising' me and training me so he could take my powers from me for himself." "Who soul have that kind of power?" Cid asked. "One of his men has the Karamor Tribute. It can take the power from one and transfer it to another using a tribute ability." Cid's eyes widened. "Seth as access to such an ability." Mitchelle started to ponder. "How is it that the military hasn't heard of such a tyrant?" Kid begs to explain but Cid interrupted. "He-". "Seth is very underground with his work. I mean being able traverse from place to place using shadows it easy to miss him."

Ravio stabbed the sword against the ground, resting against it as he breathed heavily and got his hands together. "...So let me get this straight. You're saying this guy by the name of Seth has been raising this little dweeb in order to take away his Karamor and build a Karamor army in order to most likely overthrow the current monarchy in a seemingly attempt of world domination?"Ravio asked. If he wasn't annoyed before. He was annoyed now,and beyond comparison too from before. Clear and Clara oohed at each other and looked down at them and then at Kid,then back at the group. "We want to meet this Seth person."The twins said in union as they gripped onto Kid's shoulders. "Take us there."Clara said. "To where Seth is and where you come from."Clear continued. "I agree with the twins. Kid knows where it is and he can take us to Seth directly."Ravio said as he crossed his arms and rested against the sword as he looked up at Cid and the rest. "Regardless of our affiliations...it seems we're all heading to the same destination. To where this Seth guy is,right? But wouldn't it be dangerous to go? If this guy is able to steal Karamor...and we would be left powerless if he steals ours."Aiko commented. Ravio scoffed. "As if he'd ever be able to lay a single hand on me!"Ravio said as he gripped his sword and rested it on his back again. "What do you say,Kid?"Ravio asked. "Are you willing to lead up back to your home?"Ravio asked. Clear and Clara smiled as they rested their heads against Kid's shoulders. "If you don't lead us we'll just have to torture you for the directions."The twins said in union. Aiko stood up as he watched the situation unfold,his brazen brand standing out against his usually pale skin.

"I doubt going there now would the best idea." Cid commented. "It's true!" Kid exclaimed. "If it took you so much trouble to take on these guys you'd never even get to him once you entered! There are so many people there that they would take you out!" "I believe that our best option is let Seth come to us. If he continues to try and capture this kid we can lower his numbers until it is possible to enter this lair of his." Cid's plan seemed reasonable but would the others agree?
