Anywho, instead of working today I decided to search my archives- and in them found one of my scrapped pitches regarding why Xehanort is evil

 

To summarize, in it weed only existed back during the Keyblade War, and Xehanort is simply trying to make the Second Keyblade War because he's going through withdrawals. His ability for making it is the best, but the ingredients only existed during the war. That's why he wishes to re-enact the war, and create multiple Xehanorts- that way there can be thirteen people who possess the skills to synthesize the greatest weed rather than just one.

 

Kingdom Hearts is also, supposedly, the place where the best of the the best grass grows, so naturally he's interested in pursuing this lead in the process

 

Unfortunately this concept was shot down before it even reached Nomura's ears, but I thank Weedanort who helped me plan out this scenario last year

I might have to make an exception.
