The day was hot and murky in the town. That seemed indifferent to Haru, as he was deep in his studies, flipping through the book for his English class at the school library. He sighed, and looked out the window. "That feeling won't leave..." He looked left and right, but still felt something was a bit... Off... Maybe he should go to the Cafe.... He heard coffee calms nerves

 

Watari worked the cafe as he owned it, with pride and care. He prepared some coffee from future recipients, human or non. Like all ghouls, he could smell ghoul from human, and knew how to act accordingly for both. He went upstairs to check on his employees/room owners, beckoning Lyle, a ghoul immigrant from America, to take over.

 

The owner of the gourmet hall looked out the window, and waited in anticipation to hear about a new delicacy.... He could feel that something... New... Would come soon....

"Slow down Libi. You're telling me...that my coffee shop...the best one in Tokyo...HAS BEEN DESTROYED?!!!" Ren literally yelled into the phone.

"ARE YOU AN IDIOT THAT WAS THE BEST PLACE EVER AND YOU LET IT GET DESTROYED?!" She was totally pissed off.  

"Where are you guys, I have Haru being forced to eat and some yummy children to nom on." Ren demanded an answer, pulling Haru's jacket off of him and rapping up some muscle and skin bits in the jacket for the others. 

"I-It wasn't the coffee shop the coffee shop is fine I'm talking about one of the few mask shops for ghouls!!!"Libi said as her voice squealed into a high pitch tone. "Well I think we're heading to Lucifer's place to wash the blood off us."Libi talked into the phone as Kou frowned a bit. "I don't think myself as the Judas. More of the devil who accidentally tempted the wrong person. But that was years ago in a completely isolated incident...truthfully it was the last thing I would want him to suffer through."Kou chuckled as he glanced down at the scene. "Good thing I got my mask before that happened."Kou muttered as he got his mask on,which was a curious looking one to say the least. "Well at least Haru is learning that eating human meat isn't that bad...but why a kid?! You could've gone easier on him,Ren. You know. Like with old people. Or maybe some drunk person."Libi talked to Ren as Kou picked up Libi's phone from her hand with his tail and raised it to his ear. "Seems you're training a new-time ghoul? Going after children is a rather dark taste for a first hunt don't you think?"Kou chuckled to the stranger Ren on the phone. "Hey! Give it back!"Libi complained as she was a bit smaller in stature to Kou,who easily lifted the cellphone out of reach with his tail. "I just want to ask that if you happen to see Noiz again to give me a call. He and I go WAY back."

Libi sat down next to a table with plates filled with both human food and pieces of human body. "Even if your concious says no,your body says yes doesn't it?"Libi smiled as she chuckled to herself and waved a piece of human meat infront of him. "You can try to say that you will be able to survive without eating human meat. But now as a ghoul you will need it in order to survive. Human food will not even be able to be digested by your stomach. You can try to eat all the human food you used to love. But your body will reject it back,every single time."

Ren took a deep breath when she discovered that it was not her wonderful coffee shop.

"Thank goodness..." she muttered.

Suddenly the phone was handed to someone else.

"And who might you be? Telling me who I can and cannot eat?!" Ren snapped, then looking at Haru.

"Give the phone back to Libi, I need to meet up with you guys while I still have my little Haru still with me." she demanded. 

"H-hey, moshi moshi! You must be Judas!" Lucifer cheekily greeted. "And Libi, keep the credit card. It's good for my credit." That wasn't exactly true, but he had no need for money and as far as Mr. Kanashii knew, "Lulu" was an average teen. "You must be the reason that guy has issues. So," Lucifer turned toward the now-group of 4. "Lets go to my apartment. The coffee shop probably is on watch and a group like ours just screams 'ghouls', " The teen moaned as he dusted his hoodie. "We need to get this blood off of us. I have three showers. Don't even ask."

She nodded."Alright...I think I'll need something like a suitcase for Mr.Ryuuzaki"she was reffering to the decapitated body and head of her boss.We should go immediately if we want to get there before 8 a.m and humans to see us"she shivered a bit when she thought about them

Kou smiled as he gave Libi back the phone,who took it quickly back into her hands. "We'll head over to Lucifer's place then. I'll text you the address when we get there. Haru's eating well,yes?"Libi asked as she played with her hair. Kou smiled underneath his mask and glanced over at the other female ghoul and how she was holding the corpse and head. "You know,you should bury or burn that. If anything,you should just leave it. If anyone finds you with that not only will you be suspected of murder,but if Noiz remembers your boss' dead face he will pinpoint you guys to being the ghouls he encountered."Kou said as he glanced at her and then at the body. "I really don't see why you carried the corpse around anyways. It would've been better to have left it behind. He's already dead. So there's not much we can do about him."Kou said as he rested against the tree,his tail waving back and forth. Libi glanced at the decapitated head before quickly looking away. She couldn't stare at it for too long before feeling a bit sick to her stomach,even for a ghoul herself.

"Hey,is he awake?" Noiz opened his eyes as he found himself in the HQ,surrounded by doctors and a few teammates and doves. "Ah he's awake!"One of them said. They were one or two levels lower than him when it came to rank. "Well well seems our sleeping beauty finally woke up."One of them teased. Noiz didn't really found it funny,as the next thing he did was grip the kid's neck,cutting short the air circulation as the kid gasped. "G-Gah! The sleeping beauty turned into hulk!"The member gasped. "Noiz let him go." That was his boss. Noiz let the kid go,who collapsed on the floor afterwards. "You did good. You even collected the Kakuhou. I'm impressed."His boss said. "There were four ghouls. One of them is dead. Three managed to escape the area. One of them showed me his face. I want to suspect he is a taboo child. Half-ghoul and half-human. I have him memorized. I will hunt him down. I require permission to access security cameras around the city."Noiz said simply as his boss sighed. "Always focused on work. Get better first,then we can talk about what you need. We'll scour the area. Get some good rest."His boss said before walking away.

She listed carefully.She nodded with sadness.He was right.The body would only make more problems.She hated the idea of leaving the remains of the only person who felt like family to her.She wanted to make a good funeral for him but there will be no one to come see him for the last time.There was just..no time for it neither.Burying him was only wasting time and burning him,there was now how.So she headed in the darkest corner of the bridge,carefully putted his body sitted in the corner and placed where his head should be.She wasn't even slightly grossed by this since she's seen big amought of gore before and back in the shop,there was a hidden room where they kept dead untouched bodies for sale,well kept in freezer-like shelves.Only Gourmet ghouls who knew of this would have to say a code name so they can buy one."Forgive me"she whispered quietly as silent tears left her faceShe returned back.She still haven't revealed her face(she still had a mask).She didn't want to reveal her face ,so they don't see that she had cried.She was quiet.Never the less,she wanted to leave this place as fast as she could.

"Sadly he really isn't Libi, I am shoving the skin down his throat but I am ready to go to the guys place. If I have to Haru will be knocked out on my back if he refuses to come with me." Ren said seriously, glaring at the little boy. 

"SO HE BETTER COME WITH US OR HE IS JUST FOOD FOR SOMEONE ELSE." Ren raised her voice, making sure Haru heard her, then licking her lips.

"My food of course~" she gave a small laugh.

Lucifer bristly walked with the trio behind him. "Yosh! It'll be just like a sleepover! Only we'll be sweaty, and covered with blood!"

 

 

The ghouls were lead through dimly lit alleyways, until finally reaching a high class hotel-eqsue building. Making sure nobody was out, the teen led them to the 3rd floor, unlocking the door to his room. The sight was one to behold. Immediately grabbing attention was a chandelier atop a long table for 12. "Girls, showers down the hall to the right!" Lucfier interrupted the train of thoughts going on throughout the trio's minds. "Guys to the left."

Lucifer gleefully smiled at Haru, humming ''Hark the Harold Angel sing." The scenery changed to a mountain.

 

"What's wrong, boy? “If you are the Son of Man, tell these stones to become bread."

 

He kicked the boy, inflicting lifelike pain, yet it was only in his mind.

 

Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me. And by that, I mean eat flesh. Without regrets.”

Kou looked around as he whistled. "Wow. This place is worth more than what I'll ever be worth."Kou muttered as he raised his mask so he could look around better. Libi was quick to take off her heels,not wanting to leave a heel blood trail behind. She went ahead and sent a text at Ren,sending her the directions of the place. "(Once Ren gets a look at this place she'll want to stay.)"Libi thought as she chuckled to herself. She looked over at Lucifer and gave a small bow. "Thank you,Lucifer."Libi said as she turned and hurried over to the assigned girl's bathroom to wash off the blood. By the end of it the bathroom would most likely look like the scene of a murder trying to be cleaned up. Just normal afternoon for ghouls. Kou smiled and looked over to Lucifer. "You're such a friendly ghoul!"Kou smiled. "I guess it was my fault that Noiz became a dove. But I never intended it. I just expected him to hate me forever. Now I hear from friends he's been looking for me for a few years. Oh boy it's going to be awkward once he does find me! How are we going to discuss that night? Hehe..."Kou muttered and casually sat down in one of the chairs before looking around. "It's good to meet other ghouls around. I usually meet other ghouls but they're very mean to me so they ignore me. Not only that,there's girl ghouls~"Kou couldn't help but to smile as she glanced over to the side. "Cute ones too. Their hair too! What I would do to cut it up!"Kou seemed to squeal internally.

He slowly walked away in terror. He had tasted kid flesh... And he couldn't Deny that his body.... He enjoyed it... And the voices in his head...dear god..."w-what's going on?" He said.

"We are going to Lucifers house." Ren said to Haru, clutching onto his hand. 

The two arrived at the guys house in about 20 minuets, Ren slamming the door open.

"THIS PLACE IS HUGE!" she yelled upon barging in, the meat from the children in her jacket.

"I brought foooddd~!!" she then called, throwing it at Lucifer. 

She then looked over at Kou, a smirk on her face before walking over to him and getting rather close. 

"Hi, I'm Ren. This is my little boy, Haru. He is mine don't touch him." she snapped at him.

Ren looked at Haru as she saw the other ladies heading towards the shower."You wanna bathe with me Haru~?" she asked rather darkly. 

"Anything...." He said, looking broken. "Any...thing to get rid of the scent." He could still see the kids....every time he blinked his eyes...

"Reaalllyyy~!?" Ren was an absolute pervert.

Lucifer probably wouldn't allow it and Libi would get mad.

Ren grabbed onto Haru's arm and dragged him towards the shower.

"Try stopping me now Luciferrr" she teased.

Lucifer smiled devilishly."I could take it with you too. Don't look at me like that. As a devil, I'm used to seeing naked women."The teen expected a slap incoming, so he added "I'm his dad too. Family shower bonding-crap time! Oh, and Haru, I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart."

(Pervert family bonding time!)

 

"So you're the dad of him? I will never accept you as my wife." Ren said bluntly, glaring at Lucifer.

"You're being a pervert you devil." She snapped at the boy, kicking him straight where the sun never shines.

Kou whistled a bit as he saw Ren walk in. Her attitude impressed Kou, to say the least. "So that's the cute voice I heard on the other line of the phone call? Oh my you're like a magnet for trouble aren't you?"Kou asked as he tilted his head to the side. "I'm impressed,yet happy. So many ghouls together like this...it's like we could all be a big family and protect each other. I'm glad to have walked in on you guys, now I know to give you guys 10% discount in my hair salon for being a ghoul! Haha!"Kou chuckled to himself as she watched in amusement. This group was a rather lively one. It would be a rather good situation if it wasn't for their encounter against the dove. Libi didn't hesitate to stop Ren from entering into the bathroom by sticking out a sword shake kugane of her arm through a crack of the lightly open door, waving it around. "NO GUYS ARE COMING IN HERE OR ELSE I'M KICKING YOUR @$$ES!"Libi yelled inside the bathroom before retreating her kugane and closing the door. "Besides,we encountered a dove on our way to the shop. The whole thing is in ruins,the owner is dead,and there's doves around the area which is assured to heighten their security around. We need to come up with a counter plan or something. That dove though, f*cking damn."Libi yelled through the door as she hissed the last part of her sentence. Kou blinked a few times. "He was rather tough to take down, wasn't he?"Kou asked, thinking that he was at fault for his best friend to become such a dangerous dove to his own kind.

Noiz was patched up, but the moment he was considered stable, he got redressed, equip and ready to go, much to the nurses' dismay who were gripping him by the legs trying to drag him back into the ER, only to have Noiz keep walking, dragging them along. "There he goes again. Where do you think you're doing?" "Heading out. Scouring the area. I need to find those ghouls. Especially the devil one."Noiz hissed as he walked,reading information on the small screen of his eye. "Remember to watch out for Kurosaki out there. We haven't seen him so..." "He's not my problem."Noiz said as he walked into the elevator and doors closed behind him.

Ren immidently went all chibi-sad, looking at the door.

"You're mean Libi!!" She yelled, then looking at Kou and going back to normal.

"Ya I may be cute but I am not afraid to kill someone in a heartbeat." She snapped.

Lucifer slightly flinched, with a lopsided smile elicited from his lips. "D-d-damn.... I ... have a third shower room too... come here..."

 

He whispered into Ren's ear, far from Libi's hearing. Satisfied, he winked at Ren.

 

"Oh yeah! I do have a counter-plan! But first... ten acres of vineyard shall yield one bath. Ren, Haru, yosh!"

Ren punched Lucifer across the face.

"Don't ever get that close to my face again." She snapped, pulling Haru closer to her.

"Could you lead us there, Lucifer?" She asked.

He looked at her. "Wash...." He said, like a broken record. "Wash it all away...."

Ren looked down at Haru, getting to his size.

"Are you okay, Haru...?" She asked, petting his head.

The poor boy was probably terrified of Ren, and just completely out of it.

"Wash, wash...." His eyes were hollow,, like dolls eyes, and limp, looking down at the floor. "Wash them away..."

"He is out of it, Lucifer." Ren said, waving her hand in front of his eyes.

"We will have no choice but to be with me now, I am his gaurdian." She said simply, lifting him onto her back.

"Lead us to the bath please my good sir!"

Kou whistled and looked away from Ren. "Feisty, my type of lady~"Kou teased before chuckling to himself. "You guys are strange, but that's a good quality in ghoul groups. When everything is about what has been killed and what to kill it can get depressing."Kou chuckled. Libi opened the door as she had changed out of her blood stained clothes,now into a t-shirt,skirt and some heels. Her hair was down instead of her usual pigtails as she dried it with a towel. "The reality must've finally settled in for Haru. Ren you didn't go too hard on him?"Libi asked in a worried tone. It wasn't going to do Haru good to be treated softly either in the training to hunt,but if the kid became mentally broken it could be dangerous,alot of possibilities could be taking place in a matter of moments,from absolutely nothing to a bloody rampage of anger on its own. Libi walked over to Haru and rubbed his head gently. "Sorry Haru. You'll get used to it,we promise."Libi said calmly,hoping the boy wouldn't end up wanting to kill himself after this. Kou whistled innocently as his tail went to lift a bit of Libi's skirt,but was quickly stopped as Libi threw a towel at his face. "Pervert!"Libi hissed. "Not my fault everyone else here seems to be playing the part!"Kou laughed as he took the towel off his head and looked down on it,smelling its scent. "Oh,your scent-"Kou muttered as Libi pulled the towel away from him. "You're one of those Gourmet ghouls too!"Libi yelled. "Yeah,sorry. I promise I'm not a cannibal!"Kou smirked as he stood up and walked over to the window. "Knowing Noiz he's going to be looking for you guys. You made sure that you didn't show him your face,right?"

Ren'a stomach suddenly growled, her licking her lips.

"I might have gone a bit hard on him..." She muttered, tempted to tear some of the boys skin off.

"These people must think I am horrible...isn't that right Haru?" She asked him.
