just here to answer the questions

 

The foretellers are Keyblade Masters. The Master of Masters, also a Keyblade Master, had 6 apprentices. 5 of them are the foretellers, the sixth one is Luxu. The Master of Masters (MoM) gave each of the foretellers a tome of the book of prophecies, with which they learned that an event that will doom the world will happen.

That's why they created their unions, where keyblade wielders have to gather lux/light, in order to defeat the darkness.

Dunno when the story takes place, probably at least 100 years before BbS. Also no one knows what happened to them, but they're apparently the "Lost Masters" Xehanort mentioned in the KH3 trailer.

One of the pages (later referred to as the "Lost Page") of the book of prophecies talks about a traitor. But it's not clear yet why that person is a traitor.

There are 2 guys in the Org coats. Luxu and the MoM.

You should definitely watch it to grasp the whole story of KH3. The lines Xehanort said in the KH3 trailer are related to Chi, and I assume it will play a bigger role there. Also not sure if you remember that, but in Re:coded Maleficent mentions the Book of Prophecies.

Ordered FF VIII on the 10th at about 5AM. Still haven't received my code. So I contacted support 40 hours after I placed the order, they took about 24 hours to respond. They were kinda stupid. They said it was an issue with my "bank" or some shizzle, but like I used a Gamestop gift card with my remaining trade credit on it, which I have more than needed to buy the game. It's like the CS agent just read the first sentence of what I originally emailed and ignored the rest. So I responded and i'm still waiting >_> Ughhhhh
