Goku stopped his firing his beam, and put his arms in an x as the blasts hit him. That stung. Now to see how 17 took his beam.

17 was pushed backward with his feet slightly into the ground, his gloves disntegrated by the sheer force of the blast.

 

"Ugh. Still strong as ever, I see. What's your secret?" 17 teased

"Never stop training. Simple as that!" Goku said with a huge smile. Ever the happy old man. "Your still super strong too 17. im not surprised we had such a hard time with you all those years ago."

"Well to be fair, we never actually did fight back then." He replied, rolling his neck around with his hands on his hips.

"yeah, true, but i remember how much trouble the others had fighting you and 18 over there. i knew what they could do."

Pan: So if you two are done, I'm guessing 18's up next now!

*Then Pan noticed Yuki's red tail wrapped around 18's right leg.*

Pan: Yuki...

Yuki(whispering): Shhhh! I want to see how strong my tail is!

"Alright then, lets see if youve been keeping it up as well 18?"

"Of course. Even though I mostly shop, I ca-"

 

18 tripped face first into the ground.

 

"Okay.... who was that?" she stood up, a serious look on her face.

goku laughed a fully bellied, happy laugh. " Hahahahahahaha! lighten up 18, there just kids! speaking of which, hows marron?"

*Yuki quickly turned around, hiding his laughter.*

Pan: Um....I think it's obvious.

"It gets a bit troublesome when she wants to buy brand new designer clothes, but she knows how to make me smile." 18 replied, choosing not to acknowledge Yuki at all for the rest of the day.

"Well thats good. kami knows you need to smile more!" Goku said jokingly. "Okay, thats enough small talk. Lets go!"

18 dashed toward Goku, letting out a kick while waiting for any moves. Unlike 17, she wanted to strategize this battle.

Goku blocked the kick and hopped back. Then, dashed forward with a punch.

18 gracefully flipped over the Goku while firing Infinity Bullets while upside down.

Goku threw his arms over head to keep the bullets from hitting him. He spun around with a kick aimed at the descending 18.

18 blocked the kick with her arm before landing back on the ground. "We're really being quite conservative."

"Fine then, ill kick it up a notch! Hiah!" Suddenly he glowed red. This was kaio ken X 10. "Man. havent used this form in ages." he transmissed behind 18 and threw a kick.

18 was hit by the sudden blow, mostly because she didn't expect him to use kaioken at all. Doing a cartwheel forward to recover, she managed to fire 5 destructo discs around Goku. If he were to teleport again, she had her barrier ready to activate.

Goku shot beams at the destructo discs as they closed in. however, he didnt get one in time and had to dodge out of the way. It nicked him on the arm. "Ouch!" he called. "Hmmm i wonder. HEY! DOES THIS WORK ON ANDROIDS?" he put his fingers to his forehead "SOLAR FLARE!"

"Why wouldn't it!" 18 moaned, shutting her eyes. She was an android after all, not a robot. Blinded, she activated the android barrier just to be safe.

"Aww, thats cheating!" goku pounded on the barrier anyway.

"It's all just a game." 18 mocked, imitating 17.

 

Having the glare disappear, she flipped upwards, firing more Infinity Bullets. She had a plan.

goku swatted away the bullets and retaliated with a few blasts of his own.

"I'll enjoy this"

 

18 fell to the ground launching an elbow strike at Goku's head, but feinted out at the last minute, and gave a roundhouse kick to his arm instead. Still falling, she reached for his leg and threw him off balance, teleporting beside him. Pressing her finger against Goku, 18 ended the dance with a Finger Beam.
