For those unfamilliar, Shining Resonance, the latest in game in the Shining Series, is a PS3 esclusive, featureing a soft-spoken silver-haird Bishonen potagonist how can trasform into a dragon in battle (i know how many cliches can the stick in one character) But the really exciting [art its the battle system. As you can see the parties weapons have elements of musical intruments ans apporpriately, the wapon upgrade system is called "tuning" . Too bad  It's a Shining game, which pretty much kills any chancse of localization.

Not confirmed but that's general consensus. Especially since it's been announced for a December 11th release in Japn and has no word on NA. Only thing they haven't done is explicitly say they have not intention of releasing it outside Japan.

I've never heard anything about the Shining serie before,but that trailer looked pretty good,I wish they showed I bit more gameplay though.Its a shame that its not coming in NA I would buy it,I really want to play some new action-RPGs and that one look pretty interesting.

The game isn't even out yet, there is no possible way to make an accurate judgment at this time. Besides I said "the best PS3 JRPG we'll never get" Ni No Kuni came out in NA ages ago so it's not qualified for comparison.

If you like Ni No Kuni better that's fine, personally I loved it, but you can't factually state that it's imperically better without having played both.
