1) How come Ursula returned in KH3D, if she bas been killed thrice in the series? Was she revived by Maleficent, Hades or Master Xehanort? Why did she appear on Destiny Islands? And how she got access to the Dream World?
2) If Donald, Goofy and Mickey were with Sora and Riku during the Mark of Mastery exam, do you guys think Frollo and CLU would have been bosses to them? Considering Donald's agressive personality (just like he picked a fight with Yao and Ling in KH2) and Mickey's intolerance of villains, both villains would be a real challenge to the heroes. I mean, c'mon, if Clayton who just kept shooting at Sora and co (and swang his gun a few times at them, while riding that invisible lizard) got a chance, Frollo could ride the Wargoyle the same way (flying in Riku's story) while attacking Sora and Riku with his sword.
3) The Dream Eaters (Spirits) are only useful in the gameplay, because in the cutscenes they do almost nothing, they don't even appear in them (except in a few ones).They would have been much more helpful (in the cutscenes) if they tried to protect Sora from being knocked out/killed/attacked by Wargoyle, CLU, Spellican, the nightmare Me Me Bunny summoned by Pete, the Beagle Boys in CotM, Braig and Young Xehanort (after Sora defeated Xemnas, they could have prevented the first from being enveloped in Darkness). Don't get me wrong, I really love very much each of them, but if Donald and Goofy were with him, I'm almost sure that Sora wouldn't have been caught off guard so many times.
4) Is it just me or it looks like Sora is the most ignored character in KH3D? Why's that? Well...
4.1) In La Cite de Cloches, after Sora saves Quasimodo from the Nightmares, he goes to the bell tower and tells Quasi he's glad the latter is alright, however Quasimodo doesn't answer him back and doesn't even notice him there. When Sora, Quasimodo and Phoebus arrived at the Court of Miracles to warn Esmeralda about Frollo's plan, Quasi says "Phoebus and I came to warn you". When the hunchback goes to rescue the gypsy girl from being burned at the stake, Sora congratulates him and again, Quasimodo doesn't reply. When Quasi goes to see the outside world, he doesn't even thanks Sora once for saving/helping him earlier.
4.2) In the Grid, Sam didn't trust Sora when they first met to take care of Rinzler and CLU. However he (and later his father) easily trusted Riku just because both were prisoners (at first).
4.3) In the second visit to Traverse Town, Joshua advices Riku to be careful, because everything (in the worlds) is just a dream and it might lie to him to make him think it's real. Maybe if he had said the same thing to Sora, the latter wouldn't have been captured, almost turned into a vessel, followed his dreams to the deepest abyss and he might even have passed the Mark of Mastery exam.
4.4) In CotM, after Sora and the three musketeers find the princess's carriage, the last 3 go to find her without telling the first and then Sora follows them, saying:"Hey, aren't you guys forgetting of someone?"
