And that's the circle of life . You block someone and then you cannot unblock him/her . Then he/she will block you and, after that she/he won't know how to unblock you . But , in the end , you're gonna find out how to unblock but you're still gonna be blocked by him/her and you won't be able to tell him/her how to unblock people .

You have to click the chat bar, then click the little gear thing I think

Then you press manage block list and take it from there
