... I hope that they make a trailer for Mewtwo. I imagine that it would open up to a smash battle in the canyon place seen in some trailers. Then, Mewtwo lands on the ground right in the middle of the fighters.

The final scene of the trailer shows Mewtwo standing before the injured fighters and turns around to see Greninja and Lucario.

 

Also do you think that you would get an additional stage along with Mewtwo? If so, I would want it to be either Saffron City 64, Pokemon Stadium 3, or Cerulean cave.

The only stage we don't have that they were working on is Miiverse, so unless Mewtwo shows up with Miiverse, I don't think there will be a new stage.

That wasn't a trailer for Charizard, though. It was for Greninja. They just also introduced Charizard since it was already a Pokemon-themed trailer. Charizard wouldn't get a trailer to itself, just like how Mewtwo won't unless there's somehow some other newcomer, or other content to show off alongside Mewtwo.

If I remember correctly, a few others did during the April Direct. Also, that doesn't mean Mewtwo will get his own trailer. I believe Charizard got a splash page because it's now its own character, instead of being part of the Pokemon Trainer trio.
