Blazing Gem - Fiery Globe, Fat Bandit

Power Gem - Shaman, Aerial Knocker

Energy Gem - Emerald Blues, Fortuneteller

Remembrance Stone - Aerial Champ, Lance Warrior, Magic Phantom, Necromancer

 

Blazing and Energy Gems will be found in Agrabah. Power Gems in Pride Lands.

 

Remembrance Stones can be found in enemies in the first Cavern of Remembrance room. Unlike all other rooms, re-entering a room in the Cavern seems to always reset enemy spawns.

Also the enemies in Caverne Of Remembrance may change every time you enter. Magic Phantom and Necromancer are found in the first room, Aerial Champ and Lance Warrior in the machinery room instead.
