April 3, 201510 yr Even though it was amazing of how Fox and Disney/Marvel had come to a agreement to use Quicksilver for two different movies and how Disney/Marvel and Sony come to agreement to use Spider-Man in the MCU but I highly doubt that Fox would made X-Men part of the MCU because I think Fox wants to do their own thing when it comes to X-Men characters.
April 4, 201510 yr Even though it was amazing of how Fox and Disney/Marvel had come to a agreement to use Quicksilver for two different movies Actually, there was no agreemnet, the contracts simply says Fox has the rights to every X-Men character (which includes Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, even if the latter hasn't been used). Meanwhile, because Marvel hasn't sold the Avengers' rights to any company, they have the rights to any Avengers character (which includes Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, who were members for a long time, according to what I've read). For more info, read this.

Months ago from what I read there was agreement between Fox and Disney/Marvel that Quicksilver can be in both films in Days of Future Past and Avengers Age of Ultron but there's some restrictions. In the X-Men films Quicksilver will be a mutant, he'll be the son of Magneto, and he'll have no relations to the Avengers. While in Marvel Cinematic Universe films Quicksilver will have no relations to the X-men, he will not be the son of Magneto, and he can't be called a mutant.
