I don't think I would want it on the New 3DS. Unlike all the other remixes, which were worked on extensively to be HD and Final Mix-y,it would literally be the exact same game with barely any work done to make it "HD". And if it were put on the New 3DS, it would solidify itself as the only KH game trapped on a Nintendo system[since Days and Re:Coded are technically playstation games now],and I wouldn't like that.

Is the new 3DS even capable of true HD?

The entire point of the remasters is to get them all on one system. Locking one to Nintendo, never mind a Nintendo system barely anybody will own... doesn't make much sense

not even close

Then any release on the system would, by default not be a/n HD remaster. And as you said, the point is to collect them all on one system, a reason why we need ports to the PS4/XBO if they can get the thing with Utada settled. If it's just a port with nothing added it shouldn't take too many resources away from KH3.

Unrelated, but his "a" or "an" the appropriate article here? I know HD stands for "High-Definition", so 'a" woudl be appropriate there, but "HD" itself is pronounce "Aych Dee" so "an" woudl be correct because of the apparent vowel sound

That...would never happen. The whole point of the remasters is to present the games in HD...the new 3DS is incapable of that, it's specs are basically the same as the regular 3DS, so there would literally be no point to it.

If there's a DDDHD it's going to be on the PS3 or PS4 =P.

Well I kept hearing people say that a DDD HD would rather be on the New 3DS. Either they forgot the purpose of the HD Remixes[put them on one console, allow people to experience the final mixes, reintroduce people to the story] or they think DDD should stay a Nintendo game forever.

Well, those people must really not know what they're talking about then. They don't realize that the 3DS can't handle any more graphics than the original 3DS could, the ReMIXes are meant to be made for console systems (namely the PS3), and they're meant to be made available for more people. I honestly don't know why anyone would want a remake on the new 3DS. A version of the original game that is compatible with the C-stick and new shoulder buttons sure, but a whole remake just for that? It wouldn't even be a remake, couldn't be a remake. Somebody should get that through their heads. :P
